    I have been doing this everyday for nearly two weeks now and have lost 2 kilos and can fit in my favourite dress again 😊 this does work! I also try and walk 20 mins a day and eat a balanced diet. Do it with all your might and sweat and get your heart pounding! Yoga isn't a quick fix ITS A LIFESTYLE! Thanks Cindie x

    This video is really helpful. About a year ago I was over 200 lbs I'm down to 148 looking,to get down to 135. I've done yoga before but this is awesome thank you so much!

    I've never done yoga before, and I am 5 months postpartum and recovering from my second c-section. I thought this was simple enough, it gave me a sweat which is what I'm sure you were aiming for. Great video :)

    I'm definitely a beginner. I struggled throughout this video but at the same time I loved how I felt. Although I wasn't fully able to do all of the moves I pushed as far as I could go and did modifications of the moves. I'm hopping this time next year I'm able to got through this easy peasy.

    Definitely NOT a beginners video like it says in description. Beginning at around 11:35 that is a position that not everyone can do.
    But besides that, good video :)

      I totally understand where your coming from! Yoga can be very challenging. If you were in My Class I would suggest that Instead of doing a "BOW" Pose... (the challenging pose at the end) You try Being OK with Building Strength to reach this Pose through practicing your "Baby Cobra" Instead! (The First Light Backbendning pose)- Yoga is a Practice, and just like any practice, It's NOT about sticking a certain Pose and Being able to do it right off the bat,It's about BEING OK with where Your at and working Up to a Place where you can find your own expression of those challenging poses through consistency,growth,and strength of the body and mind.Always be safe when you practice, which means knowing when your particular body and mind is ready to do something and accepting what you can't do and replacing it with what you can :). Thank you so much for your insight.As a teacher it offers a wonderful opportunity to really know what the student needs :). - CINDIE

    instead of whining you should've done something softer than this routine if you are a beginner or have never done yoga!

    Awesome job! I have done several other yoga videos, and this one I really connected with the instructor Cindie. She is informative while she is doing the moves and makes you feel awesome for going and doing yoga with her. Also her tattoos are bad ass! Are there more yoga videos with Cindie in them?

      Instead of doing -Bow- The Last Pose... Try Just doing another Round of the "Baby Cobra" variation and Take a "Childs Pose" -WHENEVER-you need to Rest :)

    Ima guy that's all about challenges and getting stronger threw out my entire body and I don't know many guys who could handle this to the level I did because it's tough on your core and all the strength in body's muscle. Also such great yoga instructors

    Unfortunately my yoga teacher is in another city, and I keep watching youtube yoga videos to do yoga myself, but none explained as good as this :) Thank you. I felt the energy in my core afterwards. Haha, I shared your vid to my yoga friend too. Good job :)

    Not easy no, however I found if you center your mind and focus on improving the move as it goes along, not rushing into the moves, you get used to it, and really I sweat very well with this. In less than ten minutes! I think it's great, detoxifying, and I would love to ease into this every other day.

      Drink this everyday: Cinnamon, crushed ,Ginger crunched, Flax seed ,Fennel seed,take same amount from each one ,mix them, and keep it in a glass bottle,
      Boil a cup of water put a mint and slices of lemon, take a 1 spoon of the spices we mix already, put all together and cover the cup about 10 minutes, let it become kind of cool, keep the spices in a cool place,
      It will take a time, so don't rush the results.

    In the beginning of the video I could hardly do it and when it ended I was like "That's it?" the other yoga video's like this were very long and hardly any rest, so, I couldn't go very long. But this one is different and I LOVE It. I can even do it in the morning ^_^ and I'm not a morning person
