I'm definitely a beginner. I struggled throughout this video but at the same time I loved how I felt. Although I wasn't fully able to do all of the moves I pushed as far as I could go and did modifications of the moves. I'm hopping this time next year I'm able to got through this easy peasy.

I totally understand where your coming from! Yoga can be very challenging. If you were in My Class I would suggest that Instead of doing a "BOW" Pose... (the challenging pose at the end) You try Being OK with Building Strength to reach this Pose through practicing your "Baby Cobra" Instead! (The First Light Backbendning pose)- Yoga is a Practice, and just like any practice, It's NOT about sticking a certain Pose and Being able to do it right off the bat,It's about BEING OK with where Your at and working Up to a Place where you can find your own expression of those challenging poses through consistency,growth,and strength of the body and mind.Always be safe when you practice, which means knowing when your particular body and mind is ready to do something and accepting what you can't do and replacing it with what you can :). Thank you so much for your insight.As a teacher it offers a wonderful opportunity to really know what the student needs :). - CINDIE

Not easy no, however I found if you center your mind and focus on improving the move as it goes along, not rushing into the moves, you get used to it, and really I sweat very well with this. In less than ten minutes! I think it's great, detoxifying, and I would love to ease into this every other day.

First time seeing this video and trying to follow along... I wonder if I'll ever be able to have such strength! cx I liked it anyway and will surely try at least once a day until I can follow along without having to stop.

Drink this everyday: Cinnamon, crushed ,Ginger crunched, Flax seed ,Fennel seed,take same amount from each one ,mix them, and keep it in a glass bottle, Boil a cup of water put a mint and slices of lemon, take a 1 spoon of the spices we mix already, put all together and cover the cup about 10 minutes, let it become kind of cool, keep the spices in a cool place, It will take a time, so don't rush the results.
Just tried your workout and found it hard but rewarding, finding it hard to get back into shape after leaving the military, will have to make this my daily starter workout haha Thanks for posting it here Cindie :-)

In the beginning of the video I could hardly do it and when it ended I was like "That's it?" the other yoga video's like this were very long and hardly any rest, so, I couldn't go very long. But this one is different and I LOVE It. I can even do it in the morning ^_^ and I'm not a morning person
