This gentle routine is a great way to warm up and get your body ready to move!

Hi Rachel: I'm starting your program today. I love your advice on many tips of being accountable. I'm a massage therapist x19 years. The workload is killing my body as I'm out of shape. My doctor suggested I do pilates but I live in a small town and it's hard to find pilates classes. Luckily, I ran across a different program on facebook and I could not follow along. Then I searched RUclips and your video came up. I'm so thankful. I believe I can do this for 28 days and more. I'm hoping for the best. Mainly, I need to feel better to keep doing my job/passion to help people with their pain without having my own pain. Thank you for creating this program. I appreciate you!

Started on January 2, so this is day 3 for me. I got a little extra motivated yesterday and did all of the workouts, so the repeat of the legs/belly/arms workout today was extremely challenging at times. I had a lot of leg and foot cramps, so I am going to focus on better hydration throughout the day to help remedy that. Loving the workouts so far! Thank you for putting this program out there.

This is all the encouragement I needed. I have a heel spur and I can't exercise the way I used to. I've added a lot of weight. I guess this is worth the try. I'll do my first workout, tomorrow, God willing and update. Thank you.
I do a pilates class each week but was unsure how to bring it home for exercise on the other week days. Have seen wall pilates all over social media but was unsure. Found your channel and this free challenge, love the fact that you're doing it for body well being rather than weight loss etc. Going to start this January 1st (tomorrow!!) to get the year off to the right start. Hi, today is my first time ever starting a challenge of any kind. I wanted to comment to say THANKS for taking so much time to create the challenges. I I am 47yrs old, about to turn 48 next week. I have 4 kids, and I have been lucky that my genes are great and havent put on heaps of weight post-birth. But I am getting older and having 4 NVD's my pelvic floor and internal body is very broken. My husband has been trying for years to get me to sort out some exs. Which I have to say I am a hypocrite, because I am a pelvis health physio ( I do do my PFMs exs) but nothing else! So, here I am... starting DAY ONE. My reasons: Stronger, happier and less stressed.

I’m so excited to commence wall Pilates, having recently turned 50 and spent 12 months working in desk job I feel like I have no strength. My young daughter wants to be my Pilates partner, so that’s fine, she is high energy and can have a go.
My goals are-
1) regain some strength!
2) regain some energy!
3) regain myself within the hormonal shift of menopause!!

Hi Rachel, thank you so much for this series. I just started having lots of heel pain. Was diagnosed with a heel spur and it just has been holding me back from doing any of the exercises I used to. This is a great way for me to get back into it.

Are these wall exercises good for helping those that have belly fat and fibroids?
There is a lot of ab and most notice a change in the ab area if they do the challenge! Truthfully not sure about helping with fibroids, that might be something to ask your doctor
