- Hi! Sorry for the giant gap between uploads, I've been busy with school and haven't been able to record or play much due to health issues, but I think everythings sorted now so I'm going to get back to uploading semi-consistently. This vid was sorta a new style for me, so any feedback is appreciated :D Hope you all enjoy ❤️

now lets watch this review
glad to see that you are doing better vis !! really good on the vids as well !
This is the best review I've ever watched! Such good editing! And you explain it really well! great job! :D
great video, Viscose! can't wait to see more
Awesome video! I hope some of the newer mice enthusiasts watch this before FM's next drop since the amount of people they rob is wild. In saying that the finalmouse shape has been a godsend for me. I have 16.5/9.5 cm hands and fingertip, so when I managed to snag a capetown for $120 aud a couple years back i absolutely loved it probably still my favourite shape to this day. Though for most it's just not worth it at all, there are so many great enthusiast brands out there now that are just outright better to choose from. Love to see more vids like this :>
with a banger as always vis.
Amazing content as always!
but. but. but. i just got my last legend :C
really cool video, keep up the amazing work!!
Great video 10/10 ❤ tbh my personal I think the final mouse are way to overpriced for a mouse and tbh I think Logitech g pro x superlight my own opinion it feel way more comfortable than the finalmouse I ordered before and I returned it the same day and now I own 2 superlight g pro x and hsk pro ace since I’m doing a mouse collection but yeah I agree with you 100% by the way keep up the excellent work big fan ❤️❤️❤️🎉
weeeescosee upload poggerz
Love ur vids keep it up
awesome vid!!
very well made video !
Love seeing new vids Viscose. Would love to pick your brain about mice and aiming. I wanted to ask if you had any other mouse reviews coming up as I was curious on your thoughts on rear hump mice like the lamzu mini. Being on the smaller hand size and most reviewers having larger than my 17 x 10 cm makes it hard to relate!
ive def been interested in the lamzu mini but im not a fan of the xm1 shape, which is why i havent looked too much into mice like that or the x2. I'm just not sure if the issue was the shape itself or just the size of the mouse, if that makes sense. if ud like to chat abt peripherals or aiming stuff feel free to shoot me a dm on disc, Viscose#7065, just easier to chat there than youtube commands haha
@@ViscoseOCE yeah I had the same issue with the xm1 and felt it was too large. I think it's a love or hate with the slanted sides but does provide a locked in feel. Oh that's perfect I definitely will if you have the time!
@@aversiveac6459 of course! im going to sleep soon but if u msg me whenever ill reply when i can :D
id love to see more reviews, super well done and well researched.
Very truthful video.
Great video - would love to see you get your hands on a viper v2 pro swapped starlight by crafted mods for an additional opinions and episode like this vid.
maybe, from what ive heard those r rly pricey tho LOL, i gotta start saving and stop spending so much on peripherals
Hey great vid, one recommendation id say is I'd consider using a DeEsser on your mic, it'll remove some of the sibilance and harsh s(es). Just a small tip from someone who messes around with audio a bit!
ty! ill look into it, i feel bad for ppl who spend a lot of time with audio who watch my vids cause i feel like mine is rly bad LOL
@@ViscoseOCE it's honestly pretty good, sure might not be broadcast sounding, but it's understandable! Just a DeEsser and it'll make it less piercing and harsh for people (especially people using earphones!)
I live in Western Australia and I managed to get my starlight 12 phantom off drop which was one of the mice many people complained about selling too quickly, it was also my first time trying to get one of these mice so maybe I got lucky this one time but im not sure why people were complaining so much
thats good! im glad u got one easily but a lot of other ppl had very different experiences haha
this is a good review
Great review, can u recommend any viper mini clone/similar mice? with a reasonable price range ofc lol
probably the hts+? theres also a oem version of the rvm called the delux m800 which is cheap and wireless
You are awesome.
hi viscose :) i used to use the deathadder but was contemplating switching to a different mouse, maybe the viper 8khz. r there any other mice ud recommend? great vid btw :)
which deathadder did u have? the deathadder v3 wired might be worth a look, seems like a rly nice mouse
@@ViscoseOCE i had the deathadder essential and really liked the shape, but now im looking for a lighter mouse!
W
I think at release, it was still far better than any other mice. Now with pulsar and lamzu, it doesn't make sense, but in 2021 when the only other lightweight mouse was the gpx, it was a top tier mouse.
imo even back then the gretxa or hts were better value tho and it was outperformed by a couple other wireless mice tech wise, but the starlight def offered something unique with that weight + wireless
@Viscose how was it outperformed techwise when its a 3370 which is what everyone was using?
@@Evan-xs8ts the implementation of a sensor is more important than the sensor itself, its why the gpx and xm2we outperform 3395 mice consistently in motion latency despite using the hero sensor and a 3370 respectively
Visgoat
wow u have exactly my taste in starlight-12 colorways
maybe we just both have the right taste in s12 colours
Nice vid!
But much focus on the price imo.
I just want the best mouse out there regardless of price.
then ur probs looking at the deathadder v3 pro for larger hands and the razer viper mini signature edition for smaller hands.
I think price is an essential component of any review though, the value a product can offer relative to the price is rly important to me and many others and its what I focus on the most when testing a product, not everyone is looking for the best overall haha. most people have a budget to stick to and seeing what is the best within that budget, or if you can do better for cheaper, is what reviews are all about, at least in my eyes.
What is your opinion on mouse grips?
Do you have a discord which gives aim routines for kovaak's?
haha, nice
Hey, what mouse do you recommand for small hands and fingers tip?
the hsk line of mice are pretty nice if ur looking for a ftip only mouse, otherwise it depends on ur price range.
for budget, razer viper mini
for middle of the range either htx ace or lamzu atlantis mini, depends on which shape and weight range u prefer
for high end either htx 4k or rvmse
What game is that at 3:00?
battlefield v
do u know any budget claw mice with back hump??? if possible wireless ???? @Viscose
i cant get vancer in UK :(
@@rivaldomomo2127 does it have good back hump ?? Low key aim better with one
xm2we or lamzu atlantis mini if u have smaller hands, xm2we is better value than the atlantis imo
@@ViscoseOCE 19 by 9.5 ?? Big hand ???
@@ViscoseOCE thx soo much for reply
My phantom has truly atrocious QC. The clicks are also legitimately like 100+ gf its actually terrible.
same on my ares lol
I have had no issues with double clicking or build quality. I have 4 final mice and I have completely smashed 2 of them against my wall and keyboard. My phantom I flicked so hard that when it hit my keyboard part of the shell came out. Easy fix I just took the shell apart and back together again. How ever, the clicks aren't quite the same feeling. No double clicking still. Decent quality for me if it can survive a good smash.
LOL that is impressive, glad they are working well for you! and im not surprised the clicks dont feel the same after that haha
How do you grip your mouse?
relaxed claw
what dpi sens are u playing in overwatch?
2.45@1600
@@ViscoseOCE nice, our aim looks exactly the same, but im 6,25x800, control pads, odin eclipse, lgg saturn, you are on fast pads very interesting
why not buy starlight even though it's "good"?
• Expensive AF
• Lots of "better" micr on the market for "cheaper" rn
• Rabbit-hole of QC issues for a 190$ mouse is not worth the hassle lol
pretty nice in the hands actually (borrowed it), just couldn't bring myself to spend 190$ on it when it's more than a year old(specs), QC issues, and the mouse market is so diverse right now you could buy 2/3 "nicer" mice than this lol
Absolutely on point.
We are seeing this being repeated with the ULX right now. The quality is just not congruent with the price they are charging and the features are barely competitive to cheaper mice that are exploding in the market here in late 2023.
was wondering if anyone would rewatch this and realise the parallels haha, its why ive avoided the ulx like the plague. it just doesnt have a place in the market anymore
Great video. Been contemplating picking one up but all these issues for the price is a turn off. Anything u rec for finger tip ?
My shell cracked and the clicks are incredibly mushy 🥹 also the scroll wheel is assss
the shell cracked wtf?? that sucks :(
