100% correct. Changing sens often will make you better, people put so much emphasis on “aim” but really what makes pros so good on any sens is MOUSE CONTROL, being able to make the mouse an extension of your hand/arm, you can move your fingers and hand at different speeds for different tasks, mouse sensitivity is the same way
One thing I’d say though is, yes, have your low, med, and high sensitivities but make them all the same (don’t just turn your sensitivity up or down a random amount, use the same ones every time) you can have more than 3 but as long as they are consistent

Sup Viscose. First of all, I've known you for years now, used to hang around the Aim Lab Discord in 2020/2021 and always admired your consistency on tasks back then. People like you pushed me to go for Grandmaster back then as a personal goal and I'm happy to say I reached it years ago. Been off the grind for years now though, but what you're saying is a topic which was hot even back then. And I have to say I completely agree with your points, mainly the one about changing your sens while thinking of your game of choice, and this is where the real advice to everyone should lie. Change your sens accordingly to the game you play. My sens on val is not gonna be the same as my sens on BF5 or Apex. My sens on Team Fortress 2 is not gonna be the same on hitscan classes such as scout or sniper as it will be on projectile classes (soldier and demo). Each specific weaponry, movement style, simply the game will require different skillsets, and sitting on one sens won't help you develop these skillsets as much. Higher sens is suited for fast movements, lower sens is more suited for slower gameplay/holding angles. Simple as that. Thank you for this video, and I hope a lot of people will see it Cheers, have fun til the next vid!
A great video, I tend to change my sens after dying alot and its true I wasn't thinking about my gameplay the thought is almost always "my sens feels weird" which im going to stop doing and think about how im controlling my mouse and what im using to aim if i need to use more of my arm or wrist again great video ty ty
very thorough video! ive been doing my warm up before playing valorant and every day ive been tweaking my sens up or down depending if im over or under flicking that day, and its made huge improvements to my consistency
thank u so much i've been stressing out so much about my "declining" aim the past month, this definitely opened my eyes --will try to switch stuff up !
I love watching your videos! Just discovered you and really am not only learning but also soothed and amazed by your voice combined with your top rank gameplay. Much love!
This was very nice video. I don't play competitively but I've always had the thought that sensitivity was a sort of compensation for an individual's mouse movement. The idea to switch mouse sense to train weaker areas while being consistent to what you're doing is a very solid idea.
THANKYOU FOR BRINGING THIS UP! always told my friends to stop looking at those shitty guides and start enjoying the game however you want. Your brain is adaptable in nature so just have fun and be comfy. Comfort = Relaxation = Precised Descision = Greater game sense = having fun
Thanks for this vid, ive always been so scared to switch my sens and recently started proper aim training and was hesitating to switch my sens for different types of tasks. I think im ready to get better now
damn, I never thought that focusing on the different groups was the answer, nor have i heard anyone else advise to do so. I feel like I’m the same as you when you were playing csgo. I need to focus more on my wrist control. Thanks!
Been trying to figure out why i’ve been able to change my sens around across games, finally found someone that has the answer! Keep up the great content
Interesting points I'm glad I was shown this perspective. I was actually looking at this software which is similar to kovaaks, but it has a major feature which would fine tune your settings each training level inorder to find your most comfortable fov and sens. But now I'm considering on just training arm wrist and fingers accordingly instead
great video! I've been considering making my own video about the topic. but more specifically how having good aim isn't about having perfect muscle memory for every possible flick, it's more about training your hand eye coordination and i really want to emphasize the eye portion. I think a lot of what makes a good aimer is having sharp eyes and the ability to tell your hand to click when the crosshair moves over the target
W video by W aimer 👌 it's hard to make a mundane topic interesting, and i think you did a good job here. the mention of training muscle groups is refreshing to see, since it seems to be left out most of the time in sensitivity discussions 😊
I have changed my Sens 4 times up to now, BUT over the course of 4 months! There're definitely 2 things that are the culprit for this phenomenon, which are physical-space limitation, and the game's demand (as you mentioned on the video). I play Valorant now, and it has 1-tap headshot mechanism. This means flicking is the most common mechanics of this games. This means that for a heavy-wrist-aimer lower sens is going to work better, while for an aimer who literally moves the mouse pointer across the screen as he/she has the mouse in the same spot will require heavy sensitivity. The rest of it is all about micro adjusting your sens, just a tiny bit to get the most comfortable spot. Like even 5% change is increment or decrement is enough after finding a solid number. While all that is there, my physical desk space (the space for my mouse to move) is only 25cm/10inch in vertical directions. There are more physical limitations like bigger-than-my-hand mouse etc. These things also make the sens vary too much among different individuals, despite using similar techniques and preferences. I think there are two major in-game moments where it feels to change sens. *(1)Micro-space:* When the crosshair-space window is of a smaller size and even little movements in mouse seems like large distinctions. *(2)Macro-space:* When you have to rotate your screen by sliding your mouse to look at left-right, or even behind. This makes it feel like you had less sens than optimal because there was a wide swing to make. My tip is to see different pro-player gameplays, and see if they play similar to you or you like that gameplay and want to replicate it. Use that player's sens as a starting point and stay within that range (Instead of only weighing in on sens, check the _Sensitivity*DPI,_ which is a consistent relative number.), (Doesn't have to be your favorite player, just tune in on live esports matches, and don't forget to check the player's DPI.)
Solid video and thoughts. But I think there is an obvious winner since the top players in pretty much all fps,es do not change their sens at all. The only one doing it is basically tenz.
Now I need to overcome my aiming plateau that you mentioned. I had no idea just sticking to the same sens forever would cause me plateau thank you 😭. Now I will put in practice and effort into this.
thanks, this video was really good! while i already knew from a bunch of places that the perception on muscle memory was a myth, it took your video for me to understand WHY its a myth. as always, you are really knowledgeablw and can communicate what u mean incredibly well!
what a great video. this tracks very well with my reality. super well said, and great demonstration of every point made in the video. lost a few limiting beliefs just watching this. thanks!
Wow, I don't know what to say. Your video is very very good and so useful. I will share this video to my friends. Your point is very correct and help me to realized many things. It's very common things but why I feel so stun to know it. Thank you
I was thinking exactly this because when I've been playing osu for years on a specific sens, and when I started aim training on a wildly different sens since it's 3D, my osu aim improved as well. It's really about the fine muscle control, endurance, speed and hand eye coordination, not "muscle memory"
Great video, it just confirms things I’ve noticed in my own aim. I’m super consistent and comfy with low sens (60ish cm) and playing on a high sens (20cm) has actually improved my aim with the lower sens. I’ve found my wrist activates more now on low sens and I move more fluidly even in games like apex. I used to use Brax’s Sens 81cm w/ default csgo accel, but now I can change anywhere from 25-60cm and still be comfortable
I agree, for pure aiming like you do in aim trainers it's completely fine to change the sens all the time. I used to be hesitant about it when the belief of aiming being muscle memory was prevalent a couple years ago but actually doing it and changing sens every couple minutes while aim training made me realize that it only takes a few seconds to adjust to a new sens. But in actual games that are not just about aiming it does take me longer to adjust to a new sens so i avoid doing it and if i do it i stick to the new sens for at least a couple days. Games are so much more coplex than just aiming. After being on the same sens for a while i'll know exactly what motions and timings i need for a specific rocket jump so i can do it without even looking and instead I can check the game UI do get information on what my team is doing for example. On a new sens i could still do that jump but it would require my focus to not screw it up so I wouldn't be able to check on other stuff while rocket juming. And also knowing your sens and optimal engagement rages is helpful. On a high sens you'll do better up close and on a low sens you'll be more precise at long distances. And intuitively knowing what ranges give you the highest chance of winning a fight is valuable. The strat of rocket jumping behind a player and then moving around them to make them run out of mousepad won't work if you play low sens because you'll run out of mousepad first. So you'd have to change up your playstyle if you change from high to low sens and that takes time. I feel external factors like skate wearing down and humidity don't really affect the aim much. Humidity, maybe on some pads but I use a hard pad with a sleeve there shouldn't be any difference. And my skates do get slower as they wear down but that process is so slow that I automatically adjust to it without even noticing. Only when I put new skates on the difference is noticable but in that case only the friction changes, not the distance i need to move the mouse. So how far i can aim with just the wrist, fingertips or before i run out of mousepad space doesn't change which does not require me to change up how i play. Maybe in games that are more about just aiming and in which you can't pick your engagement ranges as freely, changing sens more often is fine but in Diabotical and other area fps i always feel like i need to relearn the game on a new sens for a couple days despite me constantly changing sens in aim trainers.
Changing sens from game to game has been the best change I’ve made to my aiming since I started aim training. Forcing myself to play 27 CM on every game tanked my performance in TAC FPS games like Valorant. Now that I’m fine w using a lower sens in Val, my performance shot up drastically.
Fantastic video! I keep my Apex and OW sens the same then have a lower one for CS and Valorant. I might dabble around a little with some of the points you made! Loving the content 🫡
I've noticed that in like 2014 while playing CS:GO. One day I decided to change my sensitivity and I adapted to that super quickly and it felt really good. Every so often I change it when I feel like I can't relay on my aim anymore
Hey great vid. You remind me a lot of Lex Phantomhive from the old days of CSGO. I think what also plays a role is changing FOVs. Lots of people still play 4:3 even in CS2 whereas in The Finals you cant even go over 100.
fov def does play a role, how your sensitivity "feels" actually changes based off of the fov you play. Also the finals is actually pretty good when it comes to high fov! its 100vfov instead of hfov, meaning 100 is actually around 130
Well thought out and comprehensive point of view, just as the rest of your aim related series. Another aspect of aiming is making the right decisions, having back up plans, escape routes, traps, physical and mental preparation, like visualizing your plans before the competition, or not blaming self or other factors, but instead focusing on figuring out the mistakes while playing, finding a balance between aggressive and relaxed playstyle, etc. I'm in my 50's and I overcome my last plateau by switching to fingertip grip and ultra-light mice, I change mouse pads more than the average player and I've used accel on and off, but mainly if my setup wasn't ideal, and if it couldn't be fixed with a different mouse pad, skates, grip style, or a brand new game :P
as someone that’s only 20 ive always worried that i would get a lot worse at the game and lose most of my reaction time as i get older. As someone whos older and still into gaming what is your opinion on this?
@@Slidy_ You get slower with age, but one hardly ever plays against pro players in pub games. Reading the game is just as important as pure aim and reflexes, you have to find out what works best for your unique blend of ever improving skills, so it's dynamic, and imho, half the fun, especially if one also applies it to his mental and physical conditioning and in general life balance.
Such a good video!!! Mouse control over everything! The more I aim train the more I realize how bad I messed up in the past sticking with one sens. Especially a slower one 😭 Apex on 52cm was wild. LOL
I love the way u prefaced this topic as a misnomer and validated why people tend to believe it, rather than just going crazy with the engagement farming "you're wrong and silly if u think xyz !!!!!!!!!!"
i learned to 'recalibrate' from steel, change up your sens by going to the range getting some reps in on high & low then go back to og sens. helps get rid of that doubt and makes it feel 'fresh'
DPI variance applies to all mice, even among the same brand (bc of sensor fitting stuff). So at the bare minimum every mouse you get you should adjust sensitivity. also big brain video, nice.
To give some more science terms to this, ecological dynamics is a (relatively) new way of thinking in the study of sports. It basically states that the environment gives information to the subject which is processed and used to perform a certain action consistently. Thus to get consistent you NEED to have changes in factors to get more consistent, and simply doing rote practice of the same action in a perfectly stable environment will do very little for actual performing situation.
I think most accurate way to call this phenomena is neuron connection developmet, basically repeating a task makes it more automated and faster to do trough muscle being more "connected to brain". So it doesnt matter if you change your sensitivity, as neuron connection is still there, and it'll recalibrate to fit your mouse sensitivity after a few minutes
Dude, this is amazing! I honestly think if you work on the thumbnail, this video will be way more popular. Reason I feel that way is because I was scrolling through my history to find it and went right past it. Otherwise, holy shit, I wish I had aim like that
thank u!!! ive been working on my thumbnails but god this one was a challenge LOL, i didnt want to do the usual🧠💪thing. maybe i could brighten up the text a bit?
@@ViscoseOCE Yeah I can definitely see you've put a lot of work into it. I'm not an expert in this so take whatever I say with a grain of salt - I think it isn't really the 'click-baittiness' of the thumbnail that's the issue because you seem to be doing a lot of that alright with the thick red arrows, occlusion, numbers we all love, highlights etc. I feel like on top of that there doesn't seem to be much about the thumbnail that represents a 'brand image'. i.e. something like a recognizable color scheme, unique graphics, face/logo (Just examples off the top of my head). Some other channels I can think of are "Whoohoojin" he uses a distinct yellow border as one of the recognizable assets with that yellow/pink/blue color scheme, "Noted" who uses a wacky looking gun skin in a position meant to showcase, "mr beast" does several subtle things, but he also just uses his face. "Daily dose of internet" does the occlusion, but over a very specific type of video snippet, "shroud" uses those cartoons of him and the people he's playing with. I think another important thing is that it doesn't have to be so insanely different to everyone else (Although that would be ideal), however, I feel it should at least be unique enough to make someone looking at it think twice about who it is and verify that it is in fact you. Easiest thing, though not necessarily the most effective thing, is to put a face or animated face. I'd guess it's pretty much whatever graphic principles are associated with brand imaging. I haven't seen your other videos, but if you're planning on making videos at this quality relatively consistently, building a recognizable graphical brand image is likely a good idea.
learned a lot, still gotta rethink how im going do practice for now on or if i wont change things, idk, but thanks , know i probably know how to surpass some strugles that i have even after a couple thousand hours of aim training
I had similiar thoughts after a 7k hrs of cs, and then playing for fun other games, like cod ( with faster movement etc ), then obv got into aim trainers but not really for long - I just prefer to train in game itself. But you used a good words to describe that! Today, my sens doesn’t matter that much, I can play between 80cm/360 to 35cm/360 and the adaptation time is really short. I watched also Bardoz take on similiar topic, where he says about sticking to one sens, it might get you more consistent, but it all comes to overthinking mid-game I guess, and focusing on that aspect apart from match. That’s a good video and thank u for that, will come back def. XD
weird but important quesition: When aiming, do you place your arm on the table, the mouse or do you hold it up so that there is no weight on the mouse and your arm does not touch the table
explaining the concept of hand eye coordination to people who are new to aim training has been so tedious without knowing how to word stuff, next time I'll just link this vid :>
I think people should simply just look at the benefits of certain sensitivities and then stick to what suits them best and this is coming from someone who has VT GM and semi-pro experience in multiple shooter games. Getting personally used to a new sens takes an hour at max. I believe at some point in the future we may even see people swapping sens according to maps for example on Valorant, just like some people change crosshairs and outlines according to it. Matty already does it and is very successful with it obviously. The only thing you should be thinking about is whether your sens is roughly adequate to what you want to do, for example maybe don't play 20cm/360 in Val because you can't microadjust anymore and that's it. Everything else is just practice.
I can personally attest I swap between 50cm-70cm in Val non-stop depending on what I play, cuz dash-spotting with too low sens is almost impossible on Jett for example and it doesn't damage my ability to aim at all. Still sitting in Immo without any concern. I think it may just be a delusion coming from less experienced players because they search for short-term fixes over long-term issues. Knowing EliGe for example plays 35cm you can probably play anything between 30cm-120cm comfortably in tacFPS and still get to the highest rank. It's all just skill and practice.
my reference point is the following. place the mouse in the middle of the mousepad, moving the mouse to the left or right edge of the pad results in a 180°, which means I'm able to look behind me quickly at any given time. (hip fire) from this point I work at the fine aiming in ads (being able to track and flick precisely.)
I never thought about it that deeply, but I still use a og sensei and it has a button that let's you switch between 2 cpi presets. I use 400 for CS and 800 for basically everything else (Cod, apex, battlefield, etc)
real i agree i change my sens to use different body parts specifically because it makes it easier and better to learn that way if i want to of course focus on lets say my arm or wrist more
I know this is old, but I’ve played tennis at a high level for roughly 19 years, and as a result I’ve developed the fine motor controls in my wrist to the point that I’ve naturally always been above average in aim without ever aim training. I also change my sens like every month lmfao. Still play high rank in OW, used to in apex, and really want to start grinding xdefiant lol
This whole idea always puzzled me, mostly because I train with firearms and it's similar. (Any sport can fit into this gap I feel.) The concepts of shooting are the same no matter what platform you use, once you adjust to weight, caliber, size, and other things. Again, the fundamentals are all the same, so changing peripherals and sensitivities doesn't seem like it would take much to transition to. The human mind works in ways that are difficult for us to measure. Adaptivity is natural.
You helped change an idea I acquired through people in voltaic which was that I should run tracking at 25-35 switching and dynamic at 30-50 and static 60-80 I still think it’s good to train at those and I have seen drastic improvement but I know I am weakest on 25-30 and maybe I should train that on all scenarios for awhile to see if I gain improvements
There are much more important things than sensitivity, namely click-timing and physical control of your mouse. You can overflick all day every day, but if you have the reaction to click when you're over your target, your shot still lands. And having a good sensitivity for a game is great, but that doesn't matter if you don't have the physical control necessary to maintain your mouse where enemies will be and instead you're kinda just flailing.
you lost me at the "even in valorant players change their sens if they are attacking or defending" if someone does that they need to get locked up FAST
@@Noah-xq5ls What? She literally said the opposite. She said setup consistency is impossible because of factors like humidity. It's like you watched a different video to everyone else and came to the completely wrong conclusion 😂
there are a lot of questions here that wouldn't really merit an entire video. i'd recommend a general qna in the style of "wired tech support" as a video idea :D

are you into audio at all? lately I have been really getting into IEM’s and honestly believe they are better than most “gaming” headphones. I would really love to hear your opinion on them, or maybe even if you buy a pair and make a review on them. Great video btw :)
Thank u! ive tried them out myself but they dont fit very comfortably in my ear, I couldn't play for long with them without pain :( I got my current headset, the akg702s, for audio balancing reasons but i like them a lot for gaming too! i feel like i can isolate footsteps directions easier because of their larger soundstage.
I some how have always been one to change around with my sensitivity, not because i felt bad or uncomfortable, but because I felt the change in the amount i needed to move the mouse made me focus harder on actually doing the right movement which then lead to me just performing better than usual. I do the same with resolution. I also love playing around with extreme values like a very high or low sensitivity, which doesnt neceserely make me play better but when i return to a normal value my aim is always on top. And everyone i play with always says that i should stop doing it because it is hurting my true performance i could have if i was just sticking to one sens. But from my experience that just isnt true and my aim isnt destroyed just because i play around with my settings.
If I'm not mistaken, Shigetora from Osu! also changes his play area on his tablet daily. But now he's using mouse, I assume he still changes ingame sensitivity as well.

ive been doing my warm up before playing valorant and every day ive been tweaking my sens up or down depending if im over or under flicking that day, and its made huge improvements to my consistency
Thank god you're here, I'll link to this video instead of the Voltiac article, easier for people I would guess lmao
thank u so much i've been stressing out so much about my "declining" aim the past month, this definitely opened my eyes --will try to switch stuff up !
oh and is it okay to get your kovaak playlist? (5:30) or any recommendations at all
im glad its helped! i dont rly have a playlist that i play personally but ive made this one for someone for val :D KovaaKsUltingEasyCrucible
FINALLY someone who acknowledges the definition of terms in studies.
Thanks!
I love this learning about this stuff. You're really smart, thanks for sharing. Plus one subscriber!
Another banger! All of my anxieties/questions I've ever had were answered in such a concise understandable and welcoming way. Awesome vid!
maybe the best analysis I've seen about aiming. Im 41 and still hunting heads ;) PD: I change sens depending on my muscular feeling this day
great video!
W video by W aimer 👌
it's hard to make a mundane topic interesting, and i think you did a good job here. the mention of training muscle groups is refreshing to see, since it seems to be left out most of the time in sensitivity discussions 😊
Great vid as always. I appreciate the fact that you addressed it as being a misnomer rather than saying it's not a thing at all, like we talked about.
I like the fact you included the changing sens when tilting it's very important and a dangerous habit that can hinder improvement in the game.
Use that player's sens as a starting point and stay within that range (Instead of only weighing in on sens, check the _Sensitivity*DPI,_ which is a consistent relative number.),
(Doesn't have to be your favorite player, just tune in on live esports matches, and don't forget to check the player's DPI.)
Now I will put in practice and effort into this.
thanks, this video was really good! while i already knew from a bunch of places that the perception on muscle memory was a myth, it took your video for me to understand WHY its a myth.
as always, you are really knowledgeablw and can communicate what u mean incredibly well!
copy pasting my really badly written twitter reply onto here for the algorithm🫡
what a great video. this tracks very well with my reality. super well said, and great demonstration of every point made in the video. lost a few limiting beliefs just watching this. thanks!
The video quality is amazing, really good job and good advices, thank you. And as well, damn your aim is insane, so so satisfying to watch..
0:04 What the hell?! 😮 your aim is so good.
this came at the perfect time because im working on extending my aim comfort zone rn actually- thank you!!!!
Maybe in games that are more about just aiming and in which you can't pick your engagement ranges as freely, changing sens more often is fine but in Diabotical and other area fps i always feel like i need to relearn the game on a new sens for a couple days despite me constantly changing sens in aim trainers.
finally a perfect video to link to someone who mentions muscle memory when talking about aiming god bless u
Every so often I change it when I feel like I can't relay on my aim anymore
top tier aim training content as always, nothing to say thank you viscose
LOL
Great video Viscose, the community needs more content like this
I love the way u prefaced this topic as a misnomer and validated why people tend to believe it, rather than just going crazy with the engagement farming "you're wrong and silly if u think xyz !!!!!!!!!!"
i learned to 'recalibrate' from steel, change up your sens by going to the range getting some reps in on high & low then go back to og sens. helps get rid of that doubt and makes it feel 'fresh'
I love watching you aiming stuff, mainly tracking. Much more will love too, do more.
The timing of this video after bardoz’s is perfect. Thanks for adding some… sense… to the topic :)
learned a lot, still gotta rethink how im going do practice for now on or if i wont change things, idk, but thanks , know i probably know how to surpass some strugles that i have
even after a couple thousand hours of aim training
changing sens for isolated practice actually blew my mind
really insightful video, time to change my sensitivity
every viscose video is a W video, thanks for this, genuinely answered alot of questions :"
XD
Really insightful video, changed my training philosophy, thanks!
Awesome video Viscose! Idk how you're always discussing the topics im curious about lol
weird but important quesition: When aiming, do you place your arm on the table, the mouse or do you hold it up so that there is no weight on the mouse and your arm does not touch the table
Incredible video as always. :) Thank you and keep doing what you are doing please :)
explaining the concept of hand eye coordination to people who are new to aim training has been so tedious without knowing how to word stuff, next time I'll just link this vid :>
Great video once again Viscose, what an inspiration ❤
Just recently came across your yt - and i hecking love your videos!!!
W vid, hopefully clears up misconceptions around this topic for people newer to aim training :]
pov that single spec of dust slowing down my mouse by 0.00031 centimetres making me miss my shot : : )
Exactly my experience! So well explained! Thanks for this vid!
I never thought about it that deeply, but I still use a og sensei and it has a button that let's you switch between 2 cpi presets. I use 400 for CS and 800 for basically everything else (Cod, apex, battlefield, etc)
real i agree i change my sens to use different body parts specifically because it makes it easier and better to learn that way if i want to of course focus on lets say my arm or wrist more
This video gave me a whole new perspective wow, thanks!
great explanation and love to see your content :D
Top tier video. Keep this level of content going
I know this is old, but I’ve played tennis at a high level for roughly 19 years, and as a result I’ve developed the fine motor controls in my wrist to the point that I’ve naturally always been above average in aim without ever aim training. I also change my sens like every month lmfao. Still play high rank in OW, used to in apex, and really want to start grinding xdefiant lol
great video honestly couldn’t have explained it better myself 👏
Your videos are sooooo good! You explain things so well. Wish I would have found your videos earlier. 🥰
Nice video, chill pleasant voice, and interesting topic ❤
I genuinely dont see any reason why someone would do that 😂
@@Noah-xq5ls What? She literally said the opposite. She said setup consistency is impossible because of factors like humidity.
It's like you watched a different video to everyone else and came to the completely wrong conclusion 😂
@@Noah-xq5lsThere’s probably player who can adjust, considering there’s people out there changing mousepad on weekly basis.
@@Noah-xq5lsAre we watching the same video? She never made that statement
Tenz does this, attack more flicky and defense more reactive
very well thought out and articulated video!
Bro those The Finals clips were CRAZY
there are a lot of questions here that wouldn't really merit an entire video. i'd recommend a general qna in the style of "wired tech support" as a video idea :D
ive had the idea of an aiming faq for a while but never knew when the right time to make it was haha, what questions are you referring to specifically?
are you into audio at all? lately I have been really getting into IEM’s and honestly believe they are better than most “gaming” headphones.
702s are notorious for the insane imaging, makes sense you like them for gaming (if your ambient sound in the room are silent.)
