Hi, just out of curiosity what do you think about “rotation” feature in raw accel, will I benefit from using it if I hold my mouse in an angle or will it make my sens of aim worse? I use op1 8k but my hand is 19x11.5 so kinda wide for the mouse. Bcs I’ve tried it and it felt kinda weird, cause when I use it if I do horizontal movement with my wrist it is straight line, but if I start to use my arm, it start to go down or upwards (if I move to the left or right respectively)

    • @kurushimee

@@demian480 really - it's pretty useless. I can see it being useful in tracking scenarios with a really small mousepad, where you would usually reach the limit of your mousepad vertically while tracking and correcting for sensor misalignment. Other than that - it won't make a difference in your aiming, you can use it if you want to, but personally I don't think it's worth the effort. It will take some time to get used to, and using a mouse without the rotation feature will feel really weird after that.

One thing i want to say for people who think their aim is really good but not against real enemies, try reflex training. This really helped me specially in Valorant. My instinct and nerves get ahead of me and make me shoot without micro adjusting. In games that have long time to kill, it doesn't get me that much, but in Valorant with 1 tap headshots, its very visible in my gameplay. thanks for reading!

Thank you for this video. I have been wanting to get into aim training for a long time, but I found aim trainers extremely overwhelming and I had decision paralysis due to the vast amount of tasks available and not knowing where to start or what's going to help me improve the most. I think the most valuable part of this video at least for me was giving me a place to start and focus my attention. Thanks for motivating me to get started. I had about 4 hours in Aimlabs but I have already spent 2 hours in my current session and I can see myself sinking a lot more time into it. I've seen a big difference in my aim just from training in Aimbotz in CS2 in the past couple of months since picking the game back up, I hope aim training will help me progress even more!

I'm a little late to the Viscose hype train, but I appreciate the content that you curate! I love that you highlight how aim training is key, but your mileage varies based on experience. Just last night, two friends of mine were saying they don't see the value in Aim Training or utilizing Apex's firing range. I was tempted to send them one of your videos to enlighten them. I like to think of aiming like sports. Drills/scenarios, aren't meant to be identical to playing a game because those drills/scenarios are meant to improve a skill you will use in the game. Looking forward to the next video, boss! I could tell there were some things that you wanted to talk about but didn't want this video to be an hour long.

thanks for the amazing video. probably the best thing I did for my aim is hand eye coordination. plus factor, you don't even need a computer. how to do it. throw and catch a tennis ball, follow the path of the ball with your eyes not your head. you can simply throw the ball in the air or bounce it off the wall. do it for each arm. to practice your peripheral, 1 ball each hand then try to catch them.

Its really easy to slip into complacency and never mix things up until you get an outside voice to cover the good fundamental methods of working on a skill. After all it is just pointing and clicking and most of the time its just training to point and click in another game engine. Its really easy to forget the depth of it.

The most important thing to consider when aim training, is the fact that people who use aim trainer for the first time, or simply have new beginnings. The amount of people that focus more on their score instead of actually training their aim. The most things to also consider is that aim training, trains your aim. Not your score.

I think when you mention making mouse movements more efficient, I think smoothness is the perfect word. Improving tension control so you aren't over flicking all the time, and focusing on your targets for consistent flicks. So accuracy and smooth movements first, and then building up speed.

    • @ViscoseOCE
      @ViscoseOCE  5 месяцев назад +2

absolutely! myself and a friend of mine wrote a video for the voltaic channel the other day talking about this exact thing haha, unfortunately smoothness has a bit of a different definition in this community so we had to almost re-define it?
"The player on the right has mastered the skill of smoothness, the core concept that underpins not just movement reading but almost every part of aim. I think the best way to conceptualise it is that smooth aim has no excess movement and a continuity of motion that comes from having a fine control over the acceleration and deceleration of the mouse. People often view snappiness and smoothness as diametrically opposed concepts but a fast flick can still be smooth through the way we’re defining it here."
It fits into what I was saying in that segment very well, with the no excess movement especially

One thing that actually has done the best for me to get me to ascendant on valorant. Modify nic transmit and receive buffers to 256. They say set it higher but that induces so much latency. This just being 2x the tick rate of the game. To prevent packet loss. Drastically increases hitreg speed/accuracy and you see the enemy faster. So when you aim train as you get better it’s actually good with the game hit reg. It’s basically instant. This really is the #1 thing for me. And bufferbloat optimizing.

What has helped me a lot was practicing 1-3 scenarios at a time and focusing on one skillset at the time before playing the game the specific skillset is needed for since I don't have a lot of time to commit to while also preventing me to get burned out. Maybe it isn't that useful but I saw more improvement through that rather than doing all scenarios at once and chasing a rank on the benchmarks. I must say however that my improvement in tracking games was far more than in games like Valorant at least for me albeit it only contributing to around 10%. It's really important to play the game as well since the visual clearance on scenarios isn't the same as in games

really nice video! i can really see the effort here 😊
i've done a bunch of routines from aimer7's to voltaic's to krasci's 1x1 lists, but i ended up needing to target specific problems eventually, just like you mentioned in this video. i also agree that every category is connected, but i only really experienced that after about VT GM level.
on a side note, it might be a slight improvement to have a cue (visual, audio, or both) when going from one topic to the next. the script/audio part and visuals are super fluid between sections, so the entire video feels like one huge blob of info after watching, even though it's technically already split into sections (like in the timestamps).

i like the videos alot! reminds me of a certain someone who makes similar videos so having 2 perspectives really helps..
youve made me switch off mouse accel and back to my old mouse (g303 to gpro light) aswell as HOPEFULLY back to aimtraining, its been quite enjoyable for the past 3 days..
meaby ill go back to mouse accel some other day but i think part of the problem was my g303 mouse with the unique gripstyle i was using.

I highly reccomend disabling the time and score from your HUD so you're more focused on actually aiming than you are on how much time you have left or what your score is. Focus on improving those mechanics, not on getting high scores.
