    Day 1: LOVING this! Wow! It's perfect! Feeling good. Thank you! New subbie here, mom of 5 with bad diastasis recti. 182 lbs. 10.17.23
    Day 2: Feeling the burn again! Only skipped one day to do another workout. My arms and shoulders burn as well, as I have spinal issues. 10.19.23
    Day 3: Still effective. Whole upper body burn! I'm feeling good. I may weigh myself this Sunday. Currently 182. 💀10.20.23
    Day 4: I didn't feel like it, but I got it done. I think I'm already seeing slight results all over! 10.23.23
    Day 5: Done! I am definitely seeing a difference, even in my legs. They look slimmer already, and I have lipodema! 😁10.24.23
    Day 6: Sore as hell, but done! Belly feeling softer instead of harder. 10.25.23
    Day 7: Took a few days off because of extreme soreness, but it's Monday and I'm BACK! Feeling good. 10.30.23
    Day 8: Done! Eating a bunch of Halloween candy will stunt my progress, but I'm still burning those calories. Hehe. 11.1.23
    Day 9: Done! Arms sore, but I'm slimming down! 11.3.23
    Day 10: Done! Period is approaching, so I may take another break. But my arms are actually slimming & more toned. Belly is slow, but going. 11.4.23
    Day 11: All done! Never miss a Monday. I am going much faster now, and my watch tells me that I'm staying in zone 1-2 longer. 11.5.23
    Day 12: Done again! Arms sore, legs sore, feeling good even on my period. 11.7.23
    Day 13: Whew! Done again. Menstrual headache, but got it done. 11.9.23
    Day 14: Complete. This is really working, Upper body looking different. Belly slow to leave, but getting harder. 11.11.23
    Day 15: NEVER MISS A MONDAY! Done! Happy. This really works, guys. I am looking smaller all around. 11.13.23 🤗
    Day 16: This is a habit now and I love it! I did a diff workout yesterday and was too tired to do this one. lol 11.15.23 😅
    Day 17: Workout done! Feeling great. It's officially been a month since starting this. 11.17.23
    Day 18: Took a weekend break, but completed. NEVER MISS A MONDAY! I think I may do some of her other vids now. 11.20.23
    This works! Inches gone everywhere. Not pounds, but inches. Good enough for me right now.

    I have seen another lady overseas doing the stomach thing in her classes & everyone said it works . A lot have said it May look funny, but that it really helps & works amazingly. Won't hurt to try, right? Just start doing it & don't give up & be consistent. I'm going to start today & I think I am going to take pictures everyday, so I can record my progress. At least it looks fun& you can do it while you're washing dishes or whatever, so no excuse, really 😬 thank you for sharing this with us! Wish me luck!! Have you beautiful, blessed day!! 😍🤜🤛

    I just finished day #1! I should also add that I’m also doing Gin Miller step aerobics and HASfit workouts. I will add this in every day. I have fibroid surgery 4 weeks from tomorrow and I’m getting my core healthy and right. I’ll come back with an update in a
    week or so. Wish me luck.

      that's where this name comes from in the title of Belinda...
      This Chinese woman was fat,
      and realized that if she moves the 3 big points of the lymphatic system,
      she will lose weight. And that's how this movement appeared...
      - the 3 big areas of the lymphatic system are:
      - underarm to bra
      -2-3 cm below the navel
      - and on 2 sides of the bikini area
      In 28 days u see majore results
      And if u concentrate to eat only 3 time a day
      5hour intervals betwen meals ...
      You will see better results

    I am glad to see simple exercises that you get results from. I have seen quite a lot of exercises that might look funny to do, but if that execise work. I don't care how it looks when I am accomplishing my goal to lose belly fat and love handles and toning my arms at the same time. Thank you. I don't want to buy any equipment. Besides it's a waste of money for me. Except, I will buy a bike to ride outside in the neighborhood or the three miles of the Lake.

    Well I have tried this ...and this is my 1st day...I sweated a lot tbh with this work outs.. I have never sweated this much so.. I am gotta do this.. And I will update in a weekly basis..
    Well today completed my 2nd day I sweated a lot.... I did this thrice.... It's fun and it's paining.. It will..lets do it ☺☺

    Of course it works! Just think of all the women back then especially in the early Soul Train days that had multiple kids without even having equipment. They wrapped their stomachs with a torn sheet or cloth after each birth and kept moving. Most Mother's didn't work outside of the home but they wasn't couch potatoes either. Remember dancing was and still is a big part of satisfying the mind, body and soul. Always remember....pleasing yourself is key! If you can't become totally flat.. o well.. Remember the people that's not satisfied with your body doesn't have the last day so on your life anyways. I am a 70's Mother with 7 kids 125lbs and love to get down dancing even when no one is watching. 😂

    Heyiii my sister, u didn't mention that it looks easy but very painful. I did this for 17 mins but had a million breaks in between. I will do the moves again tomorrow for today I am out.

      Thank you prajakta for the important questions firstly losing weight depends on your efforts like me it took me in total of three months which I put so much energy I started with 30 minutes each day later increased it more .

      For diet believe more fruits and vegetables avoid eating foods that contains fat very important and drink enough water 💦 it helps as well and every exercise here in my channel is very effective that is what I use daily and is what am sharing as well. All the best from me beauty 😍🥰😍
