    I will love to see videos to get ready to be pregnant , like the most important muscles you will need to have in shape , to reduce back pain ect .

    I LOVE IT ! Thank you , I’ve been following you since my pregnancy and my baby is already 1 year old ! I love every video , so worth it. I got all my body in shape in my postpartum doing 3 videos of you every day during my second and third month , and recover my shape 💪🏼 . I love the music of this video 😊 keep going !

    C section momma over here and 10 weeks pp… I finished level 1 and my 3 finger gap is now 2 fingers. I can’t WAIT TO DO LEVEL 2!! Thank you!

    I used all your prenatal exercise videos during my pregnancy and I had an amazing pregnancy and also a labor that was positive. Your content gave me a lot of strength and encouragement to face the labor pains and I was already 7cm dilated when I went into the hospital. Thank you so much for all the amazing content that you come up with so frequently. After my recovery I'm planning to use your post partum exercises to get back in my groove.

      Congratulations on your baby and positive birth! You are so strong!! Usually clearance is 4-6 weeks after vaginal delivery. Thank you for sharing 💞

    Amazing stuff! All your vids are so well done. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me add some muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

    What’s the best follow up video after this one? I’ve done level 1 and 2 being 8 years postpartum and it has helped me immensely. Onto the next level now… looking forward to getting there :-)

    so this is diasis recti safe? currently 15 days post partum and just trying to make good food choices and walk as much as I can. I'll start working out at 6 weeks after my appointment and likely see a pelvic floor therapist too. cant wait to get back to working out. loved doing you workouts in pregnancy!

    Hi, love your videos!❤️❤️❤️I am 4 months pp and I closed my DR, but I still have this belly when I am fully relaxed, especially by the end of the day..😬😬What else can I do..? Or is it a matter of time..? After my first pregnancy I got back in shape very quickly and now I feel this belly isn’t going away😬

    Jessica ! This is an amazing workout ! I feel my abs. When i do the hundreds or I lift the legs, I feel a separation under my belly, but no coning. Should I avoid it ? Thank you so much. And by the way, you look stunning.

    I have followed the diastasis recti plan since I have delivered my third in April. I still have coning and a half of finger of a gap around the belly button area. My baby is 6 months on Friday.What do you recommend here. My side abs are great, no love handles just this pouchy area and the gap.

    Hallo I am quite over weight and want to loose fat around my belly. I completed the September challenge and loved all of it. Such feel good exercises. Do you have any advice for me I am currently 4months pp.

    Your videos are amazing & they help so much! I was wondering if there are any stretches or something to help alleviate knee pain during pregnancy! 😢 I’m in my last trimester & my left knee is killing me, idk if it’s from squatting so much or the extra weight, but if anyone could help, I believe it’s you 😓🤍
