    I really appreciate the diversity of your workouts! By doing your workouts 4x a week over the last year I have lost all my pregnancy weight and even a few more pounds. I am in better shape now than in my mid twenties (36)! I will be a long time follower! Thank you

    I needed to read those quotes today, thank you, Jessica. There’s a lot of feelings of guilt and shame with how much I am struggling with motherhood, but I appreciate that I might need more support and that it’s okay to ask for it. My postpartum workout journey is taking longer than I had hoped, but I look forward to your workouts because I feel a little better each time.

    I found your channel when I was pregnant with my first baby last year, and I'm so thankful I did! The variety of exercises you have for pregnancy and postpartum are wonderful, and I have learned a lot about properly healing my core and pelvic floor. Thank you for being so faithful to this corner of the internet! I'm also intrigued, though it isn't related, how you've cared for your hair over the last year or so. It's looking so beautiful and healthy, and I can tell it's grown a lot!

    I have done your workouts almost every day, it is my self care. Your workouts are so effective and you are so supportive and knowledgeable. I've lost all my pregnancy weight plus 2 extra pounds! I just enjoy how healthy I feel after. You are the best, thank you so much for posting these for all the mamas who need this!

    Love your workouts so much! I’ve been doing them consistently for the past 5 months and I feel so much stronger - my third pregnancy really took a toll on my core and back especially and your workouts are truly helping me tone and strengthen (preventing back pain and injuries)

    THANKYOU!! These are genuinely the best workouts I have ever done … I love being active and have lots of sports I love, but workouts have never been that fun for me … il do then but don’t love a standard workout … however I genuinely enjoy these workouts! Also my belly is almost flat again and I’m 11 weeks post partum ❤

    Just had my third baby 2 months ago, and I have been dreading beginning any workouts because I always feel sooo weak and loose after pregnancy. I know I won’t regret starting, but man it’s hard on day 1!! 😅 I made it through though!

    So it’s normal and okay to have one finger width DR? Should I continue to work toward a goal of closing this completely or is that pretty much permanent after 3 babies?
    Does 1 finger width put me in the category of actually having DR, requiring the modifications for safety?

    Im very grateful for your workouts, especially the calenders❤ thank you so much!!
    Wanted to maybe mention, I would really apreciate if you could using less sensual music like the one in this video and some others. I dont mind beats and modern music, it is for me as a Christian kind of a stumbling block to hear some guy he wants to be turned on and that is the first thing in the morning that I hear..😅 That would be very kind, I think some other christian mamas out there could feel like they cannot exercise with you while hearing the text in the music. I know I could switch off the sound but than I dont hear what I should do in the exercise.
