Girl, I was also thinking it will be 6 weeks for me, my baby is 5,5 months old and I started to exercise about one month ago 😂 I couldn't do it without pain and I had physiotherapy, even though I didn't have any issues during labor. I hope you will be feeling great, but please be careful and rest enough, go to physio first and check if you're fully healed ❤

This is safe after a C-section after you’ve been cleared for postpartum exercise (usually 6 to 8 weeks after a C-section) 💞
