I Just found your channel!!!!!!!!! So happy :D. Im now 3 months Vegan. MAN one of the best choices i made in my LIFE! I've been suffering alot from acné. And now i dont have acné anymore. Even my hyperpigmentation are slowy clearing now. I used to beat my face with alot of Foundation. But now i only use concealar for my under eye bags. I feel energized and truly happy. Even my husband who was a devoted meat eater has gone Vegan now. My mom and sister are slowy going plant based. Go VEGAN!
FINALLY someone from the savoury breakfast camp. Honestly, I cannot eat sweet in the morning- I get hungry within like...10 mins ;P Having said that, I love ending my breakfast with sth sweet- a date, a piece of chocolate or fruit etc. I feel like it rounds the meal perfectly :D Thus, your ideas were real great! These look great however, pretty much all of them would be a Saturday breakfast for me. Cooking as early as I have to get up (3-4am) for work is practically never happening. The chickpea salad one or the vegan pesto toast with tofu one would probably be good cause I could prep. I wish I could cook breakfast before work but it’s just not an option . Xo Davita
I wake up at 4-4:30AM for work and I’m in the same boat. I can cook on the weekends but on week days, if it’s anything more than putting toast in the toaster, it’s too much for me to do. I like stuff I can prep ahead.
funny story about me and toast: freshman year of college, my mom called. it was normal until she asked what food i missed, and i had an aria on toast. she was expecting me to say something exorbitant or luxurious… or at least more so than toast 😂
Rose, you saved me!! I found no smoked tofu in my grocery store, but miyokos pepper jack slices instead!! Had a side of spinach with a grilled sesame ezekial smart bacon & pepperjack, im dying.
I love noodle soups for breakfast too! I like to use Koyo ramen packets and add in veggies and cubes of tofu. So good, especially when it's cold outside and you want something warming for breakfast.
If you like cooked spinach there is an amazing arabic dish (not originaly vegan but you can simply ditch the chicken) called molokhia you should try it in a video that would be fun to watch.

My favorite vegan breakfast right now is some really good bread for toast, pesto or Italian herb paste, avocado, sautéed tomatoes and some dehydrated mushrooms. I use the shrooms teriyaki flavor
Ok so I came up with this breakfast recipe that's sooo good. It's like a candied curried tofu on an English muffin with blackberry jam so for the tofu you just cook scramble firm tofu and add cumin/curry powder, turmeric, cinnamon, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Then you have that with an English muffin that has blackberry (or boysenberry) jam. I usually end up stacking the tofu on top when taking a bite.
Yeah, really like mushrooms and spinach. I don't usually have mushrooms in my breakfasts, seeing as they usually oatmeal-based smoothies, but the mushroom and spinach/leafy greens combo is a large part of my diet. They are just so versatile.

Great video! I appreciated how you did not have any smoothies. I wouldn't mind seeing oatmeal, but get tired of watching vegan RUclipsrs who just drink green juice for breakfast. That would not fill me up. I'm generally more of a sweet breakfast person but have gone through savory phases, eating tofu scramble and sweet potatoes topped with ketchup. If you ever wanted to do a recipe for vegan pancakes or French toast, I would love to see it!

I have a beef with you, Rose.. (a vegan beef, but still.) Watching this video with the fried mushrooms on toast made me turn green. Why, you ask? Well, in a past video you showed how to bulk up Ramen by adding veggies, tofu, etc. I loved the idea so I made it. For 27 DAYS IN A ROW. I'm not even kidding! (Sadly.) I used bok choy and fresh mushrooms EVERY DAY as they were my favorites...and now I don't think I can eat mushrooms or bok choy ever again. 😂 The recipe was fantastic though- now my hubby is in love with it (but guess which lucky gal gets to make it each time (and try not to smell the mushrooms frying)? He is hopeless as a cook and I'd have to smell them anyway if he tried. I'm scared to try more of your creations now...😂

Omg broccoli and rice is a breakfast staple for me, its just so warm and tasty. Everyone thinks I'm so weird but it's so good!

You could try chia pudding, it fills you up with a lot of protein and fiber.
