So jealous of that fry-up, what a great video and you have shown how simplicity can reward you with so much and that puts it in reach of everyone. Loved the aircraft passing and the human, a great tip with the tinder, thanks
Hello Wiltshire Man…..very impressive use of your Picasso! Being 80, I’ve never thought of using mine (my 4th) in this way. Your stove reminded me of my dad years ago, adapting a large biscuit tin, hinging it and using as a shield for a prunus stove. All in all, a very commendable example of how to adapt a Picasso to a use I’m sure Citroen didn’t think of!👍. Congratulations, Trev
Thanks Richard, The Micro Camper was a real treat for me as I am used to far more discomfort (If you can call it that). The great thing about the Micro camper is I don't have to pack a wet and cold tend away in the morning but then I can't camp on top of a mountain in the micro camper either. It's swings and roundabouts:)

The little micro camper setup that you have built is absolutely brilliant Sandy. Very simple to set up and very simple to tear back down. It will provide you with a lot of travel/camping options to take advantage of in the future. Very, very well done my friend. You can now officially add engineering and design to your long list of skills LOL!!!! You also captured some fantastic photos while you were out there. A very worthwhile trip. Thanks for taking us along, see you on the next one.
I enjoyed that Sandy. Brought back happy memories for me. Back in the late 70s and early 80s I used to go to the Forestry Comission camping site in Thetford forest most years with my family. We had a 1965 Sprite Alpine touring caravan, towed by a Wartburg car (3 cylinder 2stroke engine, 991cc).
LOL Wartburg cars, I remember them. I saw one once and it had smoke pouring from the exhaust:) And the sound too. Haa. They would never pass emmisions now Neale. Good memories though
That worked really well Sandy, another option for touring and exploring to add to the repertoire. Solar shower, wash basin and porta potty next..... Cheers!
I'm glad the micro camper turned out to be a success! Also glad you managed to capture an eagle on the trailcam! After all, they've only recently been reintroduced to the ukl! Hehe! Great Vid! :-)
Great micro camper, What i love is making the most of what you got and you done a nice job showing that, The folding firebox will always be a winner as part of camping but nice arrangement for morning coffee
Wonderful Sandy, so close to the Norfolk Broads where I live. If your ever this way again I have a couple of a acres where you could camp . Could even show you some of our abandoned wind pumps. Stay safe. Hardy
Finally bought my replica of your Picasso Sandy and planning a simelar set up but using one mid seat for sitting administration area and the rest for a 5ft 7in sleep section. A winter project tint windows, partisan and minimum kit ready for Spring 24. Thanks for your demo. Harry
I got one of those coffee pots Sandy. You are a bad influence mate as I also got a tub of that vanilla coffee mate. Just sat here sipping my first brew and I am very impressed. Looks like it could be curtains for the Aeropress 😁👍
Nice to see Belding Cattle and an air force jet flying overhead, looked like about to land at presume Alconbury Air Base. I was thinking about converting my Fiesta into such a machine and taking off around the UK, as there are parts of it I have not seen in decades. Cheers.

That blanket seems like a good investment. Nice to snuggle up in when you are sitting by the fire on cold nights too. I am glad you enjoyed your first camping trip in the Micro Camper and that you were warm and comfy sleeping there. The area you were camping in looked very nice. And your photos turned out great. I like that little camping light / torch.
I was warm and toasty and in the morning when I got out of bed I didn't have to get cold hands takin g a wetland cold tent down, and I didn't have to get air out of a sleeping mat and fold it up and I didn't have to shiver whist making my morning brew and it was good and converted back to a car in seconds. I feel like I am catching up with you in age these days Noel:) The car was surprisingly cosy. I would say I slept better in the car than I do at home. Something to do with feeling snug in a small space I reckon
Always enjoy your videos, I went the same route as you a few years ago with a Kia but also made a copy of the Napier Cove tent so I can sleep with the boot lid up for more room. Those down throws are great value too eh. Glad you had a good trip.

Now this is the closest size and style vehicle to my Fiat Lounge. Only my seats don't fold down like that, but are tumble seats. And you seem to have more room for storage underneath. I really need to pick up my camera again, I haven't used it since my son got out of high school 7 years ago.
