Trust me, I have seen over 1k camper car videos over the last 5 years most of them SUVs and big Vans and I have seen people struggling to adjust half of the stuff that you have in your tiny car in an extremely neat and tidy organized way...you must receive an award for this.

Incase anyone’s wondering now, he sold the versa a few months after this video in 2020, and now has a new van that he built like a home on the inside. Not sure if he’s living in it, but he seems happy with his girlfriend and his new van.

Omg. The look on my face just have been classic when you popped down the visor and revealed a hidden curtain! And that seat popping down was SLICK! If I thought my husband wouldn't flip out I'd remove my front seat and make him be a passenger in the back. I absolutely 💛 this "build".

I'm seriously impressed with how well thought out this conversion is. I started watching the video and my initial reaction was "WTF?" but the more I watched it the more I respected the guy for his talents in doing such an amazing job with such a small space. Running water and a sink, cooking space, a table and bed suitable for someone six foot... in a car! Amazing work dude. Congratulations and I hope you enjoy your creation for years to come!

This is one of the most creative & efficient micros I have ever seen. This guy has great promise in making a ton of moey designing campers for other people, if he'd like to do that! Fantastic is the name of his game!

Mansions, they're very nice. However, they always bring images of abandoned Mansions and some scary things and/or sadness because not many can afford the upkeep, maintenence, repairs, renovations, utilities, property taxes. So, I love to watch videos like this awesome minimalist car/van/camper as it reflects the majority of struggling people worldwide. 😀

Amazing. After nomading for almost two yrs in a 22 ft RV we met all kinds of nomad styles and I love seeing people's creativity. Nomading is just anothet lifestyle - not perfect but has definite upsides. Great vid!

I tricked my 2011 Versa out last year. Took out the back seat & I'm a short enough female (5'2"), didn't need to remove the passenger seat, but it would work for extra length if needed. Only had to remove a few inches from my Ikea foam twin mattress but there's still room beside it for more stuff. I could probably elevate the mattress to add storage bins underneath since the Versa has more head room than most compact hatchbacks, but for now, I'm loving my little camper car!

Seriously one of the most impressive and efficient small builds I’ve ever seen! I’ve car camped out of my ‘97 VW Passat. Camping in a smaller vehicle really isn’t that bad at all if you can do it right
Pretty cool! Rusty on RUclips who’s a retiree used to live like that in a Prius for a long time! So it can definitely be done! Then Rusty changed up to a much larger RV until he is finally now up then back downsized a bit to a travel trailer with his own property. Eventually having a home base though seems to be the most successful to me in order to travel around in a RV etc. No doubt this nice guy will eventually have a home base as well.
When he opened the door and I saw a sink in there I was done! Mind blown!

Well you are right, but this is not long term living. This is short term living. If I had to drive up somewhere for the wkend or for work, or get away to the beach for an overnight trip, this would be fantastic! Think of the dorm fees you save as a student as well. Or if you move to a new city looking for work - you don't want to pay rent when you have no job.

Fantastic new architecture, bro, as car conversions go! I mean I also have an elaborate, fold-away DIY camper kit I built for my Suzuki Swift, but this one takes the cake any day! Beautiful, accessible, practical and still, oh-so-neat! Bravo, man... You do rock. Man with a golden heart too, going so far to be with your girlfriend! Hats off, bro. Love from India.

I love my 2007 Versa, bought it brand new in September 2006, used it for camping and few times driving to Florida, still runs strong. Very versatile vehicle and dependable little vehicle

have to admit you did a very good job building this set up, and using every available space making it useful. bed idea is very smart idea , only thing i see that might need improvement is the window black out screens (magnetic) , need to be larger when they were up i could see light from the outside showing in , if light can be see from outside, the lights and or you can be seen when you are in it . otherwise , great build and video !!!
The cracks on the edges are plenty big enough for a human eye pupil to see in.👀

The real deal is gym chains. you sign up to one of those that allow you to use every gym of their kind nation wide. This provides you with usually very well kept and clean bathrooms and showers. Also being able to train is a benefit in on itself.
