@@HOTDAMN The entire thing didn't work. I was contacted and told that the switch won't work in about 3% of 2013 RAM 1500's. No big deal. The search continues.

Tell me what did you have to do to run a harness through the firewall to power the Aux panel switch's themselves? I would hate to add another hole in the firewall.
There is a plastic piece on the firewall that is held on by 2 bolts. It’s above the brake a little to the left toward parking brake. From the engine bay perspective it’s right under the master cylinder to the right of center a little. This plastic cap is replaceable so you can drill holes in that, I come from the cab side and drill the holes I need from there. Easy to reach both sides.

Did you new panel work without a sells code I got one with the aux buttons but it didn’t work , hell the exhaust brake button wouldn’t even work
If you got it from 4th gen ram electronics , they will exchange it. Possibly needs programming to get 3,4 and 5 to work. Alfaobd.

What’s with the exhaust brake switch?
It’s nothing, it can be changed with a blank. Most aux panels are in Diesel trucks or heavy duty trucks so a compatible panel may have some extra none functional buttons.
