  • In this video I replace the anti roll bar link (drop links) on my 1995 Vauxhall Cavalier that I sheared off in the last video.
I edited this video myself using VN Video editor, so please give me feedback on what you think, good or bad are both welcome but please do tell me what you think would be a better fit if there something you don’t like.

Great job Steve, not easy doing all that on your own but you’ve smashed it.

Hi Steve, you done a good job there especially seeing as your production crew wasn't involved 😁 , understatement of the week there, "wasn't that difficult to do" after watching you grappling with one nut for 5 minutes 😂 , you handle yourself really well mate, i would be throwing things around at that stage, that's crying out for an impact wrench but no access, most frustrating, keep the videos coming mate, cheers 👍

Thanks Pete! Haha 😂 it may have been one of my little jokes, yeah the camera work can be challenging with getting the angles right and making sure the subject is well lit up. I used to throw a wobbler in the past but I just get on with it especially when the camera is on me, other times I swear as much as the next persons 😂 I have another video in the works I’m on holiday so I’m editing it when time allows this isn’t due to be realised until next month anyway. Glad you enjoyed it anyway mate, I still have 2 of yours to watch especially looking forward to the alloy wheel you done. Cheers mate see you in the next one.

Hey Steve, I think you did a great job with the video editing mate there was nothing wrong with that so you don't need to worry about that side of things👍
I never was a fan of working on suspension components as access can be a pain and seized up bolts that often end up sharing off can really test your patience, as me how I know🤦‍♂😆
I may have mentioned if before (I do tend to repeat myself these days🙄) but a lot of years back I replaced the complete clip (subframe) on one of my Mk3 Cortina's, I got the car cheap as it has been curbed quite badly (it was pulling to one side all the time) which twisted the clip so I got one from a scrap yard and replaced every joint, took the pinto engine out and replaced the clutch while I was there, it drove ok afterwards but for some reason it always looked a bit high at the front, would I do it these days?.....Nope😜😂

Thanks John for the feedback, suspension work is up there with exhaust work can be a right pain! Don’t worry about repeating yourself I do it all the time 😂 good for you good for you with having ago at your Cortina there are many that wouldn’t, especially in today’s world, I dread the day that I won’t be able to work on my cars anymore, seems like it will be a toss up between my age and not being able to work on these modern pieces of 💩 😂 cheers John, see you in the next one.
