@@2bcYT I think it’s hard to say right now. I’ve got all kinds of theories. First and foremost, we owe it to Stephen Smith and his mom to find out exactly how and who brutally murdered him in 2015. That might open some doors as to who could’ve murdered Maggie and Paul. It sounds like Stephen’s death was a hate crime because he was gay. I read somewhere that a Murdaugh son might’ve been involved in his death. I also read speculation that Stephen and Buster Murdaugh (Paul’s brother) might’ve had a relationship. That’s hearsay. So in my crazy brain, I’m thinking of all kinds of possibilities such as what if Buster had a gay relationship with Stephen and Paul found out which drove Paul and some of his buddies to murder Stephen at Paul’s direction because the relationship was an embarrassment to he and his family (Murdaugh’s). And then I thought, what if Buster actually killed Paul and his mom to seek revenge on Paul who got away with killing his boyfriend, Stephen. This is 100% just a theory. I don’t even know if Buster was dating Stephen or if Buster is gay. I could also see Alex killing Paul and his wife because he was worried that his wife would leave him and take half his money once she found out he was embezzling from his law-firm partners. And maybe Alex killed Paul out of anger for embarrassing the family by committing the negligent homicide of Mallory Beach. Maybe Alex killed his wife and son and then tried to make it look like he was a target by getting someone to take a superficial shot to his head. I have a hard time believing he happened to be changing a tire when someone drove by to murder him. That’s a little too coincidental in my opinion. And there’s always the possibility that maybe one of Mallory’s family members decided to seek revenge on Paul for killing Mallory and killed Maggie because she was there. Maybe Stephen Smith’s family sought revenge for his murder. And then there’s the “accidental” death of Gloria Satterfield, the housekeeper who allegedly died from a fall on Murdaugh property. I don’t buy that AT ALL. I think she was killed too. Maybe her family sought revenge. There is so much going on surrounding the Murdaugh family, it’s like a soap opera. They all look squirrelly to me except Maggie. Paul and Alex definitely suffered from “Affluenza.” I don’t know enough about Buster yet.

While I don't know Mallory's family or Stephen's family, it requires a cold heart to murder all of these people. I think Mallory's mom is seeking to break the Murdaugh's financially.
For the time being, my money's on one person being responsible for Stephen, Maggie and Paul's death. I don't know who pushed the housekeeper to her death but it's all connected, right?
If Mallory had been my child, I'd want the Death Penalty for her killer and the family's money yet that still would not mend a broken heart.

Paul’s thinking he was above the law had nothing to do with the other’s actions. It’s like only Paul did wrong that night. They all chose to drink and/or get in a boat with a highly intoxicated driver. Paul should have been held accountable for Mallory’s death but he’s not the only person to blame.

I wonder if the fact the Mallory was sitting on the deck of the boat was a factor in her injuries. They say she had blunt force head trauma and her head could have been level with the edge of the boat's side. If she got slammed forward when the boat hit the piling, it's possible that she hit her head on the side of the boat first before she hit the water.

I drove sober on a well marked lake at night going 10 mph ( 6miles) it was intense and hard to see . There is alot of rock markers you better know to. Never did that again. Only stayed in our bay in the night . It would have to to be like glass for me to go 30mph in the day.

For example, if Timmy travels 60 miles in 1 hour, how fast would he be going? Obviously the answer is going to be 60 mph right? Well this is the SAME formula bud, there's no reason someone would have to "estimate" the answer.

They will all have to live with that. However as the owner and driver of the boat Paul should have suffered consequences, but due to lots of old money and deep family ties to law enforce he did not.
