Yea no denial except said all were carded .. Truth all were on the boat drinking all were !
All were underage and have been doing this repetitively ! This wasn’t the first time so can’t blame just Paul on this ! I’m so sorry for the family of Mallory but they had a choice not to get on the boat ! Could of made a phone call! They been friends for life time ! Partied all the time ! All have blame on this is how I see it as as well! A boat a motor don’t drink and drive ! Just like I don’t let passengers ride drinking with me because I don’t want to be held accountable just in case of an accident and have open containers !

@@allisonhaskell5440 only one person caused the boat and he kept leaving the wheel. Why would other lifelong friends be responsible for Paul's actions? Your analysis is not how investigations work. Mallory responsible for her own death after drinking because Paul crashed the boat? Ridiculous. A new Netflix documentary explains it for you. How sad you point fingers and want others to take blame for one man's actions. All the friends begged Paul NOT to drive but he argued it's his GD boat. His own father did like you that night and tried to place blame elsewhere. Smh

@@allisonhaskell5440 what are you talking about? All were carded for what? Paul drove them by boat to an oyster boil and drive back. Stopped at bar on water on way back, Paul and Connor had shots there. You're carelessly creating social scenarios to place blame on everyone including Mallory for her death. They grew up underage drinking provided by Paul's dad. There is video footage including Paul purchasing liquor for the boat. There is science behind the madness. Blood Tests drawn at hospital. Can you explain everyone carded that night. To eat oysters? Where did you see that? You could work for SLED.

Your response exemplifies the sham that is “service dogs” in America. Everyone buying mutts, “owner training”, having them perform “DPT” as one of their “tasks”, and buying them a service dog labelled harness off of Amazon, usually in bright pink & covered in badges, and claiming they can do things which they absolutely can’t, such as alerting for things like POTS.
In the UK & Australia for example, service dogs undergo a minimum 18 months training by the organisation, from puppies. They’re specifically bred for what sort of service dog they are; guide, hearing, assistance, or medical (like diabetes).
You’re lack of familiarity of the barest standards required of a service dog, such as not biting people, is telling.
If you’re not familiar with even the most basic element, _which was even covered in this video_ , then I can only imagine the level of service your dog is adhering to.

The boat belonged to the Murdaughs and they allowed their sons use to it. Paul was the one who should have been in control. They are the ones who are responsible and should be sued. If Alex and Maggie had not gotten them off from so much trouble and let them pay the consequences, we may not have even had this tragedy.

      Why?
      That's a fu¢king stupid thing to say.
Citizens have a right to protect themselves, and their families, with whatever type of gun they want.
The constitution makes no distinction between military and civilian weapons.
In fact, the citizenry should be just as well armed as the government since the reason for the second amendment is so that the people have the means to resist government tyranny, if necessary.
We should be able to have fully automatic guns, rocket launchers, and tanks, according to the intent of the second amendment.
But you "hate" that people are allowed to own semiautomatic sporting rifles?

Then we have the fine hair flying everywhere. In our case there was a front room where he could have left the dog safely within easy and fast reach but refused. At least if you need one to take everywhere there are hypoallergenic breeds which are very intelligent. Unless someone is blind it seems to me they should consider others. Then we have people who really don’t need one but are able to get one anyway. That’s just wrong imo.

There are service dogs that are trained to detect a medical emergency with their owner before it happens (like seizures for example).
