That is a super clean truck, my 03 4cyl reaching 270k and a everyday driver, all original, only replaced radiator and to this day I still get offers to buy it. Best purchase I've ever did!

I have a '04 double cab. Daily 30ish miles @250k mi. My manual 04 4wd daily is at 200K mi. Simple maintenance,🤌🏽

It looks perfect! I bought a ‘95 Tacoma, same 3.4L a couple months ago, and I am obsessed with these trucks now. They are the perfect vehicle. Mine is just under 300k, I know it’ll sail past that and more too. Working on the maintenance list so that it stays in great shape. I really want to find a complete set of those steelies like you’ve got, and the mud flaps. Where did you get those red and clear taillights from?
Best Tacoma ever made in my opinion!! First gens for the win!💪🏼 so those tail lights are for the 95-2000 Tacoma’s!! From eBay! I just changed the pig tail to be able to use them on the 01-04 Tacoma!

Hey, since you have the newer facelifted first gen. How are you running the earlier first gen taillights? The newer first gen’s have more of a bubbly styled taillights while earlier are flat like yours. I’ve bought same ones as your from amazon and they don’t fit. Thanks!
Hey! So these tail lights are from eBay, and what I did is, I de-pinned the pig tail and re arranged the wires according to the old tail lights to be able to run the earlier taco tails.
Were you able to get it to alignment specs with the oem upper control arms or did you install aftermarket ?

Naw the 4 banger should be just fine! As for the engine bay I just spray purple power all over it and pressure wash it then blow dry it with a leaf blower

How’s the ride quality after the lift + new wheels and tires?
Rides great! Definitely feels solid and stiff, and tires are kind of loud while on freeway. But I’ve heard louder tires

Dude, your truck is amazing!! Do you think it’s safe to buy a 2004 Tacoma with 219K miles.. with no CARFAX maintenance history? It looks very clean aesthetically as far as body/interior.. but I wish I could see maintenance history. It’s listed over $17K.. crazy! Hard decision! There’s one I found listed at $13K with less miles (170K) but it has an oil leak so not sure about that one.
I’d take the risk!! As long as it’s not making any weird noises and make sure u scan the obd 2 for any hidden codes! If it all checks out I’d buy it!
