    I was already impressed at the powdercoating of the arms but then you shocked me with the engine swap. All the custom work done is amazing to watch. You have more patience and skill than I could ever imagine having. Bravo and wishing you nothing but the best 👏👏

      I 've had 2 toyota trucks. 1982, 2006 tacoma. They are by far the most reliable trucks I've ever had. Austin is amazing. He is a natural in front of the camera and a natural when working on vehicles. He is truly blessed.

    Honestly. Stumbled upon this channel months ago and what you are creating here is mindblowing. To the point where I feel like I should have done something much different career-wise. You have an amazing set of talents and skillsets. There is literally not a single part of a vehicle you cannot touch and improve.

    One one hand I'm impressed, but when I saw you take that TDI engine out of that Passat, my heart sunk a bit. Those are a dying breed. VW TDI Passat is probably the best driving vehicle I've ever owned. You got what the VW TDI community calls a 'bombproof' engine in your Tacoma now.

    You are very talented as a mechanic, fabricator, body work, painter. I also know how to do all those things to an extent though what makes you different that the rest is your level of perfectionism and patience and pride in your work. I was blown away when you decided to sand a perfect clear and flow coat it AND THEN wetsand and polish... most people don't understand the amount of work that is in itself let alone everything else. my god man i wish we were best friends!!!!!

    That was one of the most enjoyable 13:00 minutes I have spent in a while. You have some amazing skills. Did you keep the same housing for the transmission or was that a complete swap? How long did the entire build take?

      @@louv409 The 1.9 TDI makes great power and torque for it's size and it is likely the most reliable engine in the entire history of engines, but whatever.

    Great build. I like the idea of the deisel in a tacoma, but in my book swapping the engine makes it not a tacoma. That's just me though. Other than that great work, truck turned out amazing

    Wow a man of all trades, when it comes to Toyotas. If I had the money, would buy it. I didn't have a vehicle for 10 1/2 years and someone gave me one from church. It's a 2002 Kia Sportage 4x4. It runs great, but the bottom is all rusted. As soon as it does the death wobble, I just will be without a vehicle again. You do an excellent job on all your vehicle and I bet your glad you can. Keep up the great work. PS don't let what I said make your head swell too much, because then you can't get into the garage to work on them....lol God Bless

    Super awesome build! I have an imperial jade mica 3rd gen 4Runner. I think the best part for me is how damn clean and repainted you got everything. With 23 years of dirt, mud, grease and oil some parts of my underside are horrendous. Even with frequent cleaning and work. You can't actually see any of it unless you crawl under it but I know it is there.
