Oh my God!!! it felt like I did one hour HIIT, I never knew a walking workout would make me sweat this much. Anybody else noticed he had this look on his face " hey I see you don't stop now keep going" lol. Thank you Brian.

You popped on my you tube and decided to try it out. I've tried 2 of your workouts and I am enjoying them. All standing up, not much space needed! I like the timer and shows what's the next step. Nice music too. I like the simple set up and easy to follow steps. An addition to my workout choices.

I hate chatty instructors. Brian is so peaceful, i can think and let my mind wander.
First day I could only do 7 minutes.. gonna keep going until I build up my endurance and stamina..loved it ..

I’m so happy I found this channel! I workout in my living room 5 days a week since I have kids at home and can’t go to the gym. I have some amazing channels that I follow for workouts but I desperately needed something different, and I’m always searching for cardio that won’t hurt my knees. I was rolling my eyes reading the comments when people kept talking about sweating......I now stand corrected!! Where did all this sweat come from??? And 30 mins is the perfect time frame. I have sweated MORE doing this 30 mins, than a 45 min one I tried last week from another trainer. Thank you sooo much.
OMG!!! I never thought that moves that look so simple could be so difficult and sweaty!! I had to pause at 14 minutes as I was sweating and panting. I finished off the rest after a couple of hours. Thanks Brian for this great home workout. I need practice to do it in one go, so will try doing every day.

Day 1 Done, sweating a lot..Easy steps for people like me who has back pain, sciatica etc...did not know will sweat that bad..Loved it..I can't jump or run..can't even get on the floor to do exercises due to back pain caused by epidural during childbirth...

So I had my first kid 8 months ago (c- section) & unlike everybody else I see I did not bounce back . So I started this a week ago, I do it rite after my 7 minute workout. An this is the most I’ve sweated in a longg while but it’s just what I need to feel I’m actually doing something then what I’ve seen to get back in shape. It isn’t the easiest for me & gets harder towards the end . But I enjoy it ! Hope to see results!

Fantastic! Interesting moves, great fast pace, good music. And good for my brain, trying to follow your moves, it’s not that your demonstrations aren’t excellent...it’s just the way my brain works..sometimes it takes me a bit to analyze and figure out that you are doing opposite arm and leg. But it’s a good thing to be learning new things and new moves! I’m not complaining...just the opposite... I am grateful for your videos!

For example, I haven't even gotten to the ones with weights. I find myself repeating many of the same ones that I love. Hi Kay, I just found this video on my iPhone and noticed that. Tomorrow when I try this I will watch the video on the TV and use my phone’s timer and set it for 30 minutes and see how that works out for me.
As I type this comment, I do see a thin red line, but I doubt I will watch for that as I do the work out routine.
I do like the timer in the corner for the exercise count and what to expect next.
