Thanks, Brian! Today I clocked the workout with my Apple Watch's HIIT option. In 23:32, I burned a total of 185 active calories, and 226 total calories. Average heart rate was 149 BPM. I used my 1lb hand weights as usual but my arms were tired/sore from yesterday's video so I had to put them down a couple times. So excited to keep trying more of your videos! ❤️
