Love the short, "no floor" workouts. I hate exercising, but if I can do a quick jaunt without getting on the floor, I will always do a few a day. Thank you!
Please don't stop making these. They are easy to do for us girls with limited mobility and a little more fat to work with. No floor moves, no talking and minimal squats. I sweated alot and burned many calories. Thanks so much!

Simple/ barely any talking or information overload/ motivating 20 second segments and simple moves that still give you a workout. You struck the perfect balance of everything anyone needs for a workout video.

I have toned up so much with your workouts. There are so many amazing ones I wish I had more time in a day to do them all! I have to say I have gained so much motivation from your workouts and I had to ask my husband to watch me, because I swear they are so easy, am I doing them right. I was dripping sweat he said oh yeah it's working and my heart rate was elevated. They are just so low impact my body doesn't hurt I thought workouts should be painful! With you they are not, thank you.

I am the only one in my circle who does workouts so unfortunately, I cannot share this great one. It is my first time doing this and it felt amazing. I only have one small recommendation if you could please record the workouts without that white background a normal background will do. Hi Brian, I want you to know that you are amazing and your workouts have helped me so much, I had my wonderful son in Nov 2019 and by 2020 SEPT I was 94Kg , from my usual 69 or 70Kg, I am a very tall lady, it was bad, I started watching what I eat with the help of your videos and did some of your workouts which btw I do up to today, I would like you to know that my last weight last month was 75Kg, 😊but m still working on my tummy and upper body. Thank you Brian, this was my covid recovery exercise and I was able to do it but went abit slower and with shorter counts. It was worth it start back working out. Can you do a few covid recovery workouts please it might help me and others too. Thanks in advance.
Thanks Brian ,I do this workout every morning before going to work and different workout every evening after 30 to 40mins run plus with good diet during the day,coffee & lemon ,cider vinegar and I feel like I'm getting there... I've lost 3 kgs already in less than 2 weeks... Really struggling with baby fat but I'm getting somewhere now
