    You will love this standing abs workout for a flat belly. It mainly targets your ab and oblique muscles. It has a few other exercises that will work your arm and leg muscles.
    No equipment is needed for this standing abs workout and you can do it any where, even at the office.
    Remember to squeeze your abs while doing the different exercises to get the most out of the workout.
    It only takes 20 minutes so there's no reason to skip it.

    Thank you for this wonderful work out! Day one after not working out for a year. I fell off due to loosing my dad and becoming depressed! I will be restarting my journey with these workouts and being kind to myself 🙏🏽

    Great abs workout Brian. Definitely felt it and a great toning workout end to my weekly workouts. 2 days of rest now to recover. 💪🏻👍🏻🇬🇧
