    i love these! they remind me of the firm workout but slower paced. slower movements less chance for injury or pain. thank you.

    Much better today! I used mixed weights amounts to be able to do all the moves. Being closer to my goals today than I was yesterday was very encouraging to hear. 💯

      I usually turn off the volume and provide my own music or television if the sound distracts me; its do-able. Usually though I include an exercise of tolerance and let the music play, especially if it is not on my playlist.
