    I've invested some serious time finding and saving workout videos that I like to set myself up for success. There's way way WAY too much talking and explaining in a lot of things I've gone through. These made me appreciate you keeping it simple with just the movements to follow and a thumbs up so much!!!
    Also.... day 1 of starting to work out again I couldn't get through this whole thing without stopping or substituting for easier movements. Today I got through it move for move. 🎉

      Aren't his workouts life changing? I had a c section 5 years ago and could NOT get the fupa to budge. I started doing his workouts months ago, almost everyday and my tummy is toned! It's the best 30 minutes a day I've ever spent! ❤️
