I told my husband that I was going to start working out again. Been looking for something that was easy and effective. After having 3 surgeries in the past 10 years, I gave up after physical therapy ended. This is perfect for me. Now I am excited to show my husband that I can do this workout at home. I do a 20 min workout 6 days a week I’ve been getting results but I want to try doing this 2-3 of those days when I have the time ( I’m still in full time education and with the past lockdowns I’ve been given a lot of work )

So I went from Body Project to Millionaire Hoy, went down from 90 to 84kg just doing their videos. They were fantastic, but I had eating disorder cause of depression, and bounced back to 89kg.
Lately I tried yours and I have to admit, your routines are harder for beginners/returning peeps. I wasn't able to walk for half a day after this lol! But it made me feel fantastic and light after that. This is my 3rd day at your channel and you made my momentum better again! :D

I have to say I’ve been in such a funk for a while because of my weight gain and I’m horrible at dieting although I am now becoming more of what I eat and how much but you popped up on my suggestions here on RUclips and you’ve become a big fav! Did one of your workouts for the first time on Wednesday and felt great even motivated me to go to the gym yesterday and today so thank you for taking the time to do these videos for us it’s definitely a great help!

I don't know how I got here, but I'm glad that I pressed play. FINALLY, some exercises that I can do with limited mobility and no jumping. Those that I cannot do, I just revert back to the previous move.

Hey Brian, I found you about 2 weeks ago and instantly subscribed. I have incorporated tis workout with another workout and I can feel the difference. I like this workout because no voice, no rush and its so calming to even do it. The music is simple and sweet. You have a subbie all the way from Singapore. And also I do not really stretch after my workouts but your session has some stretching moments too and I love it. I should also do other workout of yours. Please keep doing your thing. Love your exercise, I am in my sixties and not that flexible but getting there. Your longer video I have to do in two parts sometimes🙂 the short one are great, love the rest time 😁. I do improvise some of the moves sometimes, I know consistency will get me there.

Just getting into working out, said let me start with a walk workout, I have done others and barely broke a sweat, but not today! I kept thinking when is the 30 minutes up. I now have a new fitness coach. Love the format, 30 sec reps, just when I want to give up you change it up...that is motivating for me. Looking forward to getting through my first one without stopping.
