I have been working out sincerely since past 11years but few months back I suffered from tendons injury in my knees. The doctors advised me to give up workouts for life and this was killing me. While I start doing the punching parts of the body project workouts,it starts paining in the right side of my abdomen...or am I suffering from liver cancer just at the age of 16?😱😱😱😱
After 5 months I was finally able to finish this workout to the very last minute without resting for 5 mins per workout. If you're struggling to finish the workout remember that it's okay to not finish it because in time you will be able to if you really are determined to change and move on to a healthier lifestyle. Your years of neglect on your body is nothing compared to a few months of adapting to a better change
I pressed play on my first workout because of Wade and Angie ... 4 months later and a workout every second day and I’ve lost 19.4kg ... thank you doesn’t quite say how grateful I am!
i have been doing the same workout too (you are talking about the video Wade in black BP shirt, right?) but i cant really see result on my scale after 2weeks doing it. i only lose 0.1kg after two week which is frustrating then i stop and now currently doing other workout :( is that a right choice? what do you think?
Same here! I mean that it's the videos with Wayne and Angie that got me started. Thinking "if they can do this, so can I!". I also am more careful what I eat (portions) and dropped snacking. I've lost 9 kg. Still 6 to go to be back to normal, but I already feel so luck better...
These workouts are part of an exercise regime that also includes walking my dog for 45 min twice a day and 30 min on an exercise bike. I changed my diet slowly at first and then when you start seeing results and put in the work you’re motivated to eat healthier too! The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest, stick with it!
Most fitness instructors just have the “COME ON YOU LITTLE WUSSY!” mentality... But Daniel is special... when he gave that speech at the end, it felt like he was hugging me and whispering into my ear “YOU DID IT MAN! YOU DID IT!” *BRO HUG* Daniel!
I reallly don’t like fitness instructors who have the “Don’t you dare stop for a second, don’t even THINK about stopping for even a second, you big quitter!” mentality. It has the opposite effect on me. That’s why I keep coming back to Body Project! They’re encouraging and supportive 😊

Love this workout. My husband died in February. I spent the last 4 yrs. taking him to Chemo and Radiation treatment. Working out with the two of you has been a blessing for me. My blood work is great I lost 50 lbs and feel great. Thank You

I started doing these workouts a little more than 3 weeks ago. I've lost almost 10 lbs (I also started eating healthy). But what I realized was that my kids were watching me change too. For Mothers Day, my 4 year old filled in one of those sheets about Mom and she wrote that my favorite hobby was "exercising"! Last year, it was "cooking"! What a change!
Today is my 4th day this week of doing a Body Project workout and honestly, when my alarm went off this morning, I had zero motivation to workout but I forced myself by remembering what Daniel always says, "be consistent" so here I am and I finished it. Yay! What made me feel even better was when Daniel said that he "just wasn't feeling it today." It's so nice to know I'm not alone. Thanks Team Body Project! I'm happy I stumbled on your workouts! You guys really shatter the myth that you have to do endless burpees at extreme speed to break a sweat. I used to love high impact, until it just gave me too many injuries and made my hip joints squeak (and I'm only 32). This makes me sweat JUST as much and its much more fun. New subscriber. Thank you!
That me I been doing a hitt program that consist of a lot of jumping and burpees. I’m 35 and just fought I have arthritis in my knee so I have ti change my entire workout around. I’m going try this tonight

After sitting at my computer working for 7 hours, I felt sluggish, tired, and did not want to workout. BUT I warmed up a little, set up my laptop to Team Body Project, and did this workout. I didn't hold back or ease my way through it, I went for it. I'm so glad I went against my inclination to sit and do nothing!! And then Daniel talked about how he didn't want to workout either. Haha! I love this channel so much, I have been struggling with my weight since forever but the other struggles in my life always took priority and so I never had time for anything more than counting my calories (which has never been that successful for me). I have been serious about my weight loss for about 8 months and had not seen any significant progress or change. With this quarantine I finally have time. I have been incorporating one of this channel's videos every single day then going for a 2-3 mile walk. I love that this channel is about progress, not perfection, that helps me stay motivated to keep going. I have only lost 10 pounds so far, but I am so happy that I have finally started to see some progress. Thank you team body project for motivating me!
I started my workout with Wade and Angie.. and oh man.. i only lasted 4mins on that exercise.. but, 1 month after.. completed that exercise.. trying new ones.. lost 17.8lbs.. thank you Daniel and Alex.. keep it up.
I just started working out for the first time in my life for myself at the age of 28. I have tried in the past to lose weight for boyfriends and all kinds of wrong motivational reasons and never lost much weight. I am finally doing this for me because I want to change for myself, I finally found the motivation, to want to love my body. Its been 3 weeks now working out with Body Project and its the only workout videos I'll ever watch. These videos make me want to work out because I feel the energy. It really hit me hard when Daniel said if we chose to workout today even if we didn't, we bet the stage of motivation. Yes girl I try to work out at home and all videos are kinda boring and you Kind of just get over it pressed on one of his video and woooh 30 minutes cardio had me sweating like crazy and I never sweat ! Also @Hippy Love14 I started working out at 28 as well. I'm 30 now. I was 219lbs in Jan 2019 when I gave birth to my daughter. In March 2019 I weighed 189lbs. I couldn't drop the weight. UNTILL I began intermittent fasting. Then I ate strictly during my eating window. I practiced carb cycling. Basically eat no carbs for 3 days then eat low carbs on 3 days. In the beginning I went super strict on myself. Tuna, chicken breasts, salads, sliced lunch meat (NO BREAD) cheese sticks and veggies were my main foods Monday thru Friday. I stopped all sodas or teas and only drank water and bang energy drinks (now I drink C4s instead they taste better) On the weekend I allowed myself carbs. Like breads, crackers, etc. If I wanted to cheat and eat ice cream or cookies I did that on the weekend. I literally didn't start working out until around July/August of 2019. I had already went from 189lbs to 140/135lbs. No joke. When I Incorporated working out I just toned up a bit and didn't loose any more weight. Intermittent fasting 16/8 I fasted from 8pm-1pm. I ate from 1pm -8pm. So basically skipping breakfast and starting with a late lunch at 1.
Just completed this full workout, doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I’ve always struggled with stamina and fitness, but I persevered! Thank you so much Daniel and Alex! I’m feeling so energised 💪🏻💪🏻🔥😄😄

About 3 months ago I was given an ultimatum. The doctor told me: "you need to change your lifestyle now, or you're falling straight into diabetes otherwise". And I'm only 25! I eliminated my bad food choices, and started exercising (dying everytime I did a full workout). But today, I felt the change and I needed to share it. these workouts truly work, I had been doing cardio at the gym for a month 6 days a week and only lost about 2 pounds. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks and I have already lost 5 pounds. I sweat way more with this than the gym. I actually feel like I am putting in a lot of work. thank you for providing these workouts for free!!
Chey, I stopped going to the gym. I find these exercises with Daniel and Alex more effective than doing cardio at the gym. I always looking at the clock at the gym when doing arc trainers and ellipticals. These are fun, workouts and you know your doing something good for your heart and lungs

In 2 months of workouts of The Body Project 5 times a week (+-) I've lost 22 pounds (10kg), I'm really happy and for me the Body Project makes you feel really good about yourself, they involve you and i started doing everyday those exercises smiling, for me this is the most important thing in the process, to enjoy, be happy and doing something you look forward. i rarely comment on workout videos, but this one deserves the acknowledgment. coming from an unfit and inactive person, i can’t thank you enough for this workout! i was able to finish it and i was sweating so much. it’s low impact, but i can definitely feel the intensity. probably my favorite now and might keep it on my new year routine. especially for the genuine encouraging words reaching the end of the workout. it means a lot and makes it easier to continue despite the tiredness from my burning body. again, thank you!! 💗

Just finished this workout, still dripping in sweat but wanted to comment immediately. I began my Team Body Project journey 5 weeks ago, working out 6 days a week with Sunday’s off. Today is Saturday and this week was a struggle to show up. I didn’t eat as good as I should of either so I was losing mojo fast. I chose this workout today for something new as I usually do the same one a few days in a row and was getting antsy. It was hard to press play today but I did. Daniels speech at the end was literally everything! I was crying as I was doing the post workout recovery. “Overcoming the reliance of motivation” will stay in my head forever! I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have found Team Body Project.

Hi guys.....I just wanted to share my experience ....I m 230 lbs (a month before)....nd I m doing cardio starter workouts by body project from a month....nd there is a considerable increase in my core strength....nd my legs have increased strength......I can do full situps now...I have lost three inches of my waist...it has been an life changing experience with body project workout.....because I hv never seen this much strength build up in my whole body.... Thank you body project Cant update weight reduction since no weighing scale available due to lockdown....but I feel lighter....👍👍👍

I loved having the arms and legs separate! Usually on a 30 min high intensity cardio I'd be able to finish but would be on the floor for 10 mins at the end just recovering. I had energy the whole way through and a spring in my step. Thank you for the video, would love more like this one! 💪🏻
I've been doing the exercise with Angie and Wade for almost 3 weeks and I also added light dumbell workout. I started at 76 kgs and I'm still waiting for the weighing scale I ordered. Wish me luck❤️ Edit: it's been more than a month. I was very surprised with the result. I am at 68 kgs now. I only ate 2 time a day. 1 heavy meal at lunch then 1 moderate meal at night but Im not very strict on what i eat. Now I'll try cutting off rice in my diet and adding more protein rich foods
When I started with these videos, I could barely do beginner low impact. Now here I am, rocking it with dumbbells and ankle and wrist weights. This channel literally changed how I see exercise, and it really changed my life.

I enjoyed the workout because it has helped me endured the 14 days of quarantine with no other ways of staying productive without leaving the room. While I start doing the punching parts of the body project workouts,it starts paining in the right side of my abdomen...or am I suffering from liver cancer just at the age of 16?😱😱😱😱
@@aynanitazrianarpita5169 it could be as simple as a pulled muscle, try to rest it for a little while and see if it recovers :)
After 5 months I was finally able to finish this workout to the very last minute without resting for 5 mins per workout. If you're struggling to finish the workout remember that it's okay to not finish it because in time you will be able to if you really are determined to change and move on to a healthier lifestyle. Your years of neglect on your body is nothing compared to a few months of adapting to a better change
I pressed play on my first workout because of Wade and Angie ... 4 months later and a workout every second day and I’ve lost 19.4kg ... thank you doesn’t quite say how grateful I am!

Guys keep on don’t stop I started one month ago and I lost 14 pounds but I trained twice a day (DONT GIVE UP)
These workouts are part of an exercise regime that also includes walking my dog for 45 min twice a day and 30 min on an exercise bike. I changed my diet slowly at first and then when you start seeing results and put in the work you’re motivated to eat healthier too! The first 4-6 weeks are the hardest, stick with it!
Most fitness instructors just have the “COME ON YOU LITTLE WUSSY!” mentality...
But Daniel is special... when he gave that speech at the end, it felt like he was hugging me and whispering into my ear “YOU DID IT MAN! YOU DID IT!”

I started doing these workouts a little more than 3 weeks ago. I've lost almost 10 lbs (I also started eating healthy). But what I realized was that my kids were watching me change too. For Mothers Day, my 4 year old filled in one of those sheets about Mom and she wrote that my favorite hobby was "exercising"! Last year, it was "cooking"! What a change!

Today is my 4th day this week of doing a Body Project workout and honestly, when my alarm went off this morning, I had zero motivation to workout but I forced myself by remembering what Daniel always says, "be consistent" so here I am and I finished it. Yay! What made me feel even better was when Daniel said that he "just wasn't feeling it today." It's so nice to know I'm not alone. Thanks Team Body Project! I'm happy I stumbled on your workouts! Thank you!!!! ....I started working out with you guys a little over a year ago .I was overweight outta shape I had quit smoking and had neck surgery and then diagnosed with Breast Cancer stage 2 ..I then searched workout videos from home and have been working out with you guys since and I am proud to say I am 75 pounds down and I am healthy and happy and most important all thanks to God first I am alive..I just want to say ty again you made it easy for me to following along ....❤❤
After sitting at my computer working for 7 hours, I felt sluggish, tired, and did not want to workout. BUT I warmed up a little, set up my laptop to Team Body Project, and did this workout. I didn't hold back or ease my way through it, I went for it. I'm so glad I went against my inclination to sit and do nothing!! And then Daniel talked about how he didn't want to workout either. Haha! I love this channel so much, I have been struggling with my weight since forever but the other struggles in my life always took priority and so I never had time for anything more than counting my calories (which has never been that successful for me). I have been serious about my weight loss for about 8 months and had not seen any significant progress or change. With this quarantine I finally have time. I have been incorporating one of this channel's videos every single day then going for a 2-3 mile walk. I love that this channel is about progress, not perfection, that helps me stay motivated to keep going. I have only lost 10 pounds so far, but I am so happy that I have finally started to see some progress. Thank you team body project for motivating me!

I just started working out for the first time in my life for myself at the age of 28. I have tried in the past to lose weight for boyfriends and all kinds of wrong motivational reasons and never lost much weight. I am finally doing this for me because I want to change for myself, I finally found the motivation, to want to love my body. Its been 3 weeks now working out with Body Project and its the only workout videos I'll ever watch. These videos make me want to work out because I feel the energy. It really hit me hard when Daniel said if we chose to workout today even if we didn't, we bet the stage of motivation. I started working out at 28 as well. I'm 30 now. I was 219lbs in Jan 2019 when I gave birth to my daughter. In March 2019 I weighed 189lbs. I couldn't drop the weight. UNTILL I began intermittent fasting. Then I ate strictly during my eating window. I practiced carb cycling. Basically eat no carbs for 3 days then eat low carbs on 3 days. In the beginning I went super strict on myself. Tuna, chicken breasts, salads, sliced lunch meat (NO BREAD) cheese sticks and veggies were my main foods Monday thru Friday. I stopped all sodas or teas and only drank water and bang energy drinks (now I drink C4s instead they taste better) On the weekend I allowed myself carbs. Like breads, crackers, etc. If I wanted to cheat and eat ice cream or cookies I did that on the weekend. I literally didn't start working out until around July/August of 2019. I had already went from 189lbs to 140/135lbs. No joke. When I Incorporated working out I just toned up a bit and didn't loose any more weight. Intermittent fasting 16/8 I fasted from 8pm-1pm. I ate from 1pm -8pm. So basically skipping breakfast and starting with a late lunch at 1.
Just completed this full workout, doesn’t sound like a big deal, but I’ve always struggled with stamina and fitness, but I persevered! Thank you so much Daniel and Alex! I’m feeling so energised 💪🏻💪🏻🔥😄😄

these workouts truly work, I had been doing cardio at the gym for a month 6 days a week and only lost about 2 pounds. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks and I have already lost 5 pounds. Chey, I stopped going to the gym. I find these exercises with Daniel and Alex more effective than doing cardio at the gym. I always looking at the clock at the gym when doing arc trainers and ellipticals. These are fun, workouts and you know your doing something good for your heart and lungs

Just finished this workout, still dripping in sweat but wanted to comment immediately. I began my Team Body Project journey 5 weeks ago, working out 6 days a week with Sunday’s off. Today is Saturday and this week was a struggle to show up. I didn’t eat as good as I should of either so I was losing mojo fast. I chose this workout today for something new as I usually do the same one a few days in a row and was getting antsy. It was hard to press play today but I did. Daniels speech at the end was literally everything! I was crying as I was doing the post workout recovery. “Overcoming the reliance of motivation” will stay in my head forever! I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have found Team Body Project.

I have to say that out of so many workout instructors, Daniel is definitely the one who has motivated me to push through. I have 30 lbs to lose, was lost in a dark space, and doing these exercises with such a positive instructor is "seeing the light at the end of the tunnel". Thank you so much for your motivation!

I have to be honest, I have been doing exercise for a while and today I wasn't feeling motivated, I felt like giving up and not working out today. God never makes mistakes and the encouragement that Daniel gave, made me cry. It made me realize that the right words come at the right time. Thank you so much Daniel and Alex. I loved having the arms and legs separate! Usually on a 30 min high intensity cardio I'd be able to finish but would be on the floor for 10 mins at the end just recovering. I had energy the whole way through and a spring in my step. Thank you for the video, would love more like this one! 💪🏻
You are adding a lot of Adds in the middle of the session is very bad. Should put 5 adds from the beginning
I've been doing the exercise with Angie and Wade for almost 3 weeks and I also added light dumbell workout. I started at 76 kgs and I'm still waiting for the weighing scale I ordered. Wish me luck❤️
Edit: it's been more than a month. I was very surprised with the result. I am at 68 kgs now. I only ate 2 time a day. 1 heavy meal at lunch then 1 moderate meal at night but Im not very strict on what i eat. Now I'll try cutting off rice in my diet and adding more protein rich foods

When I started with these videos, I could barely do beginner low impact. Now here I am, rocking it with dumbbells and ankle and wrist weights. This channel literally changed how I see exercise, and it really changed my life.

i've done your workouts for 2 weeks now and survived doing them with weights a couple of times. i feel stronger and starting to gain my long lost confidence. I cant thank you guys enough. 💪😊

I enjoyed the workout because it has helped me endured the 14 days of quarantine with no other ways of staying productive without leaving the room.
Regardless of the lack of hospitality and customer service, doing these except uses has helped me cope mentally. I also think to deal with the pandemic and continue to take care of themselves.

I was feeling weak emotionally and physically.... I felt I couldn't do it with you even... But I dragged my self and I did it... Then... My energy shifted to positive thanks God.... Thank you... God will I will see good difference in my body as well.
