I'd still argue that Rathalos is still king of the skies. Maybe not base rathalos because he seems to get beat up by a few other monsters lol. But Silver Rathalos is still very much the true king I'd say.

Raizekusu is the fusion of the word word “Rai” which means lightning in Japanese and Insect in English. Astalos’ concept is based on insects. The crest of Astalos is based on a beetle, and the tail is based on a dragonfly.

I also like the new theme in Sunbreak, but theres something in Old Astalos theme or Zinogre that hard to top. Possibly the more oopmh on Guitar parts. ✌️🙂
yeah those 5th gen music remakes has some melody or instruments in them that are missing from the original.. the only remake theme that i really like is the nargacuga theme in mhwi cause it didnt lose anything from the original and they added bass solo and the some parts of pokke village theme.

Two of them are back in Rise (Astalos in Sunbreak). The devs could literally just port Glavenus’ World model over but they don’t care about Brute Wyverns in Rise. Gammoth should come back too.

I got Yian Kut Ku so the quest was hilariously easy.
On that quest i've manage to kill astalos but it took me about roughly 36 minutes.
That reaction you have when this beast punts you to the other side of the map.

She's one of the funniest thunder monsters to deal with. The dragonfly design is an excellent choice.
