I think you have to try to slightly move your tongue, your mouth corners, and also your shoulders a bit, very very slightly toward either your hands or toward the front of your body, or toward the ceiling, until you see or feel like the muscles around the chest and neck area are activated. Then you consciously add to that contraction, as if you are squeezing those muscles. It’s then as though you are flexing the muscles or contracting them. Try gently a bit every day until you get it. It takes a bit of time.
