I have been doing Series 1 for about 6 weeks. My face seems a funny shape at the moment 😂 it must be going through transition as it doesn’t quite look like me at the moment but it doesn’t look like it did before I started the exercises either! I’m 57. Does your face sometimes look a little worse before it gets better?! Also I have very long fingers so I sometimes find the finger placement in the exercises tricky and often my arms will ache. I think this will improve over time. Peta don’t you do them lying down? You said if your arms get tired but I do all exercises right when I get up so I’m laying on my back. How do you do them?
Going to try for the right side, I have big asymmetry, not sure if its following jaw surgery and nerve damage on that side or because I sleep on my right side but I can see the asymmetry on photo's from before the surgery and its becoming a jowl
@Shari Heintz There's whole set of exercises you have to follow to get the best results- sagging jowls is just but one exercise of the set 1 consisting of 6 exercises ( at 2:20 states it clearly) Check it up at Ms Peta's site, she explains everything. Once you learn all the 6 exercises of set1 you do 50 repetitions of each exercise for 2 weeks once a day, 5 days a week+ 2 days rest; then100 rep. for 2 weeks, and 150 rep for 2 weeks. Once finished you continue with set 2.
do you have any exercises to do while lying down? that use pushing against the force of gravity that you feel pulling your face towards the bed? I find doing some of these feels quite different when I'm lying down versus sitting.

Hi there, when you do facerobics exercises they are all part of an exercise set which you need to do. You cannot just do one exercise, you need to be doing a full face routine. In the beginning of all videos now, I let people know what exercise belongs to what series (exercise set) so you know. If you want to get results and good results you need to stick to the routines, follow the program as prescribed and be consistent. Just like any other workouts that you would do for your body.
The hand action isolates the area and the exercise strengthens and lifts the muscles, when the muscles are stronger and tighter it will lift the sagging, but of course you need to do it every day, with one day off and follow the whole face routine. It’s not a miracle, but perseverance will show some results.
Watch her Exercise Along With Me, Series 1 on RUclips. It shows her doing the entire series. 50 repetitions the first 2 weeks, 100 repetitions the 2nd 2 weeks, 150 repetitions the 3rd 2 weeks, followed by a week of learning the next series - then start over with Series 2.

Hey I am 25 and I have just started to see a little sag in the jowls. I have also gotten malar bags. I don't have any other issue with my face . You always urge us to practice the series as a whole, but since i don't have any of other issues as yet, do I still need to? Can I not do all the jowls exercise you have for us? Best way is to increase collagen intake and go have a microneedling session done. Preferable with radio frequency ❤❤❤

How to squeeze? When I stick my jaw out, it pulls the masseter and platysma

A muscle at my temple juts out when I do this. How do I block this from happening?
it is supposed to. Dont worry about that temple muscle it cannot grow at all
