The one question I have never been able to find an answer to, in the videos or comments, is: when you say to isolate a muscle, sometimes it's the muscle we are working, and sometimes is the muscles surrounding/near the muscles we are working. It has been a point of confusion for a few years and I figure I might as well ask. Am I misunderstanding something about this? I have been following your work for years, Peta. Had to stop the routine a few times due to injuries, but love your program and love the changes it brings - thank you thank you for all you do!!! Most people do not know how much goes in to making even just one video, let alone series and programs. You're amazing.
Haha, I just wrote a post on your "aging" video form last May, suggesting you should grow back your hair, and I see you have! It makes such a difference at our age. I have worn the same haircut for the past 17 years, shoulder grazing, layered and with side bangs.
@@facerobics Oh, didn't realize that! But that other video where you were in tears because of aging really hit home. I posted a few lengthy comments there, and in one of them I suggest going back to your shoulder-length hair. I loved short in my youth, but I figured out quite earlier in the aging process that shoulder-grazing was the best length.

So is the series 1 a day to day series of exercises for 1 week at a time before switching over to a new set of exercises? because I'm interested in knowing what exercises should switched to after doing the sagging jowls exercises one day before going to another before switching back to sagging jowls to build up in that area.

Peta, once you have achieved good results following your programme can you just do the routine once or twice a week as maintenance rather than 5 days a week?
Hi Hayley, I am a member of Peta's program. Even after you got great results, you still do the exercises 5 days a week, because the face muscle are smaller they would lose their firmness quickly.
@@patriciafasnacht9223 hi Patricia, no you didn't do series 1and 2 together. Each series is done for the 6 weeks with their levels1,2 and 3. Than you take a week off and learn the next series. The week off is to give your facial muscles a break, but you will still do some exercises because you are learning the next moves, so you will have to listen and learn and perform them and to make sure you do the exercises as you are instructed.

Hi Marion, are you following the full face routines? You can't just do one exercise for the face no matter who's program you use as it will cause more wrinkles in the long term

If you search "forehead" on her channel you'll see the forehead exercise. It's one of the easiest ones and it works!.
