My neck (I am 50 y.o.) looks a lot better, no horizontal lines any more. I use an anti-aging cream every night and morning and have bought one of those phone holders so I don't look down at my phone that often. Thanks so much doc!!

These are wonderful exercises! I'm a pole dancer and my neck and jaw was super tight. I got compliments about it but when I had to take a couple years off I felt saggy and looked older. I've always looked about 15-20 years younger than my real age. So this week I started pole dancing again and going upside down and I swear to God my neck is tight again. Less than 5 days.
So I realized that I can also lay on my back on my yoga ball , let my head hang back and then super slowly try to lift my head up and then hold for 10 seconds. If you don't have a yoga ball you can lay on your back on your couch or bed and let your head hang off the edge , then slowly left your head about 1/2-1 inch and hold. To get the side muscles slowly turn your head left to right after holding.
Good luck y'all. No need for plastic surgery! 🎉

These exercises are great in moderation (because there is a risk of fat cell depletion around the mouth with repetitive dynamic motions -- take a look at Harry Styles if you don't believe us). If you can do it, whole body exercise is better for the skin (and the body, of course). Body fat composition explains sagging in the face better than age. ruclips.net/video/yrzZpdxvrf0/видео.html

One week of these exercises showed a very noticeable improvement in my mildly saggy neck. If you have jowls or a turkey neck it might be too late, but moderate to mild sagging give this a try.

I like the one with the fist under the jaw and pressing up , I don't think that stretches any skin. Can't see a Defined jawline if loose skin is hanging around it.

Hello! Greetings from the Philippines. I am an American who is fond of trying to make international recipes that I find on RUclips. Sometimes I will choose a country and do 1 recipe for two weeks, then the final 3rd week make a dessert for our weekly get together of 20+ people. For Italy and Greece I did for 6 weeks. But Turkiye maybe 3 months now. I love your channel. Like myself, you are a mother and have many wonderful family dishes. I have tried ALL your oven casserole dishes. Delicious!
Last week I tried your Turkish chicken noodle soup. Because I am trying to avoid gluten I used rice instead of orzo pasta and used a little cauliflower and broccoli instead of peas. This coming week thanks to your great ideas, I will try your vegetable soup posted here. I will try to blend a few more potatoes for a thicker broth and add cheese with the spinach.
I look forward to trying your lentil soups, chicken kebabs, white bean/ beef soup and turkish delight. In June I want to try more of your bread recipes. Thank you sooo much for all your videos... I don't know when I will switch to a different country 😊.

    Hi Dr Mandel,
I remember as a little girl. My mom used to do some of these exercises, and I used to copy her. My Mom will be 87 on April 20th. I'm very lucky because she has great genes, and she passed them on to me. In the Las 2 years has been getting a "little" bit of creasing line by her chin on both side.
Please show a video of how to avoid these creasing lines.
Right now, my Jawline, which is really bothering me. It's not too bad, but I don't want it to get worse. So I will be doing these exercises. I dont care how funny my face looks because I'm not gonna do these exercises in front of anybody, anyway.
Thank you for sharing this great knowledge.😊
Also, all your other videos that I've been watching. I'm so thankful for you and your knowledge.❤

I can feel it. I used to do these but never ever felt the feeling of the face work out like this. I stopped doing them as I was told they make your face skin worse but I can actually feel my muscles in my jaw and neck have had a little work out there. I'm gonna start doing these also as well as his tummy ones. Iv been fasting on and of for 2 weeks. Lost 8 pounds so far. Drinking tons of water. Working out as best I can with a bulging disc in my back. So far so good. I'm small in height 5ft so putting 2 stone on in almost 2 years is not good. Also a bit of weight lose will help my back. I'm getting there lol. X
