    I've been a member for over a year now and I love it! My husband said to me the other day that I look like I've had a face lift without the weirdness 🤣.

    What do you mean “squeeze”? Does that mean press hard into your hand?

    I also have problems squeezing... O don't feel a squeeze.
    I also don't know if I should do it because of my neck disc herniation?

    I have jowls and marionette lines. I think this may help with both of them.
    How long before you increase to 100? Then increase to 150? Thanks! Love ❤️ your videos!

      Hi Angel, after you do 2 weeks of 50 ,you do 100 reps for 2 weeks , and then finish the series 4 with 150 reps for 2 weeks.

    Wow I can really feel it, thank you. Which of your videos would you suggest for under eye lines and nose straightening? For some reason my nose has a like bump on one side and is turned to the opposite side, I don’t no if it’s where I sleep on that side mostly or not, I’m going to make a daily playlist if your videos so would love your advice 🥰 thank you ☺️
