Artist's paint narratives that are often controversial challenging the norm, that narrative is sold to thier fans.
The prosecution are trying to paint this practical reality as a crime.
A crime they and thier constituents are guilty of, to the extent that they're selling thier narrative to the jury and the populace.
Every public figure is guilty of this, and is guilty of not being right occasionally.
When did it become a crime to be factually incorrect?
Are the mainstream; news, artists, lawyers, entertainers going to be subjected to this standard, and treated with this kind of prejudgment?

Then jumps back saying 6 weeks after sandy hook showing January 2013 at 23:06.
