i am hoping that applies to the too many to count immigrants that have come over caused accidents, even killed other people and have not been cited for those things, its happened in my small town of Coldwater Michigan several times already
Whenever a sovereign person says "I'm not driving, I'm traveling," the next question to them should be... and what's your mode of travel? Is it biking, walking, riding, etc.? Of course, the answer is riding in a car behind the steering wheel with my hands steering while it's moving. Therefore, you're driving!
Exactly! And, shouldn't people be responsible for proving they are knowledgeable of operating the type of vehicle the are using to travel? Pilot's license, boating license, driver's license, motorcycle license, etc.
They would say they're traveling in their personal property. Usually these people do in fact have government contracts like a driver's license and unfortunately when a person has a driver's license the person literally signed their rights away to travel without having to perform in accordance with state statute. The person has to follow all statutes such as vehicle speed limits, financial responsibility like insurance, yearly registration requirements and restrictions like dwi/dui. These sovereign citizen types must first cancel the driver's license contract in order to have a chance to argue their positions in court. You can't state one thing and do another.
Shows how ill-informed you are. We are not drivers unless we are being paid to operate a vehicle...like truck drivers, taxi drivers, bus drivers, Uber drivers. We are travelers. Makes way to much sense.
the word privilege stands out.
you dont have a RIGHT to drive.
Most* cops Will usually do that for people. They’d prefer to make a stop quick and just a learning experience.
so you're saying the cop betrayed his oath twice? once in pulling you over in the first place then again in LIEING to treat you differently than the other ionnocent folks he had kidnapped that day...
if you had an honest bone in your body you'd have reported him immediately...his superiors might have at least punished him for the second offense since it cost them cash.
@mikeparker7631 "lieing" - Did you not graduate fifth grade? Besides, it makes no sense for someone to report a cop for cutting them a break. All that would do is make the cop less likely to do it again in the future. Sounds like you enjoy negative interactions with the police.
I am honestly baffled that people genuinely think that they don't need a driver's license to drive a vehicle on the road.
These are the same kinds of people who take something you said, and completely twist it around to say something else.
They know it's needed they just try their luck! It's just silly! It is a person with a suspended driver's license almost Everytime!
they know damn well they need one, because at one point they got one. Then they lost it- and suddenly their attitude is "well, I don't need one." So why did they get one originally? Because they didn't "know their rights then." Or something.
And the First Lady had a drivers license, guess she went sovcit once it was suspended
These people specifically pick certain words, but in context it doesn’t work. Yes, you are allowed to “travel” in between US states. If you are walking or riding a horse 🤣 you don’t need a license. Operating a motor vehicle is different. 🤣🤣🤣

Every cop needs to say this.
Exactly! And, shouldn't people be responsible for proving they are knowledgeable of operating the type of vehicle the are using to travel? Pilot's license, boating license, driver's license, motorcycle license, etc.
Ask them what they shift their transmission to in order to make their car travel.
By their logic, a toddler has the same rights to “travel” in the same way this woman did in the first video XD
The most common thing these people have in common is they all have suspended licenses.
It always amazes me how confident some people are in their wrongness. 🤦🏻♀️🙄😑
