The drunk girl at the car dealership really grinds my gears. She had such a superiority complex believing she was better by "being in law school", making fun of the cop when he said he did paralegal work and then when she started speaking Spanish. "Oh, I have to *physically* speak now." and don't forget "Let me call my mom!"

A DRIVER by law is one who DRIVES (operates a vehicle) for COMMERCE or profit, like a truck driver.
All stop, you are free to travel by horse, foot, or car in America as long as it's a private vehicle and not on the job.
But we've been deceived. They changed the meanings of words in the society, but not on the books. So we accept it us just true you must have a license.
The license is just to ID you, has nothing to do with driving. They did it as a way to ID all citizens. Now ppl think you must have ID even if not driving . Just like they think you must have ID if driving. There are ppl who will laugh at u if you tell them you do not need a License to walk down the street, the same way u laugh at these ppl who say u do not need one to travel.
