6:10 "Death and murder should be private events." i would concede on the point that mourning the death of a loved one should be private, but I'm sorry _murder_ ? Murder should be neither private, nor an event. Expose the perpetrator of that level of violence, reprimand them, punish them, make an example out of them so that others of a similar mindset consider and reconsider the consequences of carrying out such abhorrent actions. What a ludicrous statement!

    • @Redmanticore

depends on the country, technically it's not a ludicrous statement. if children in let's say, Finland, murder an adult, the court can indeed be in secret from the audience. depends on the circumstances the murder was made. a judge decides on that. different countries, different philosophies on secrecy.
some use it far more than others when things are related to children. naturally, it can be controversial and makes rumors abound.

If you're talking about juveniles committing crimes and the courts being closed to public scrutiny that's one thing. But in the case of Sandy Hook and Alex Jones, it's the victims that are children but the defendant is an adult.
It's proper that Alex Jones conduct be made public. It would have been proper for Alex Jones to consider allowing the parents of the murdered children to grieve privately.

Also, don’t tell the jurors what their job is because again, you don’t need to tell the, their role or job- that’s the judge’s job which she did, so they don’t need you to repeat what the judge just told them to do as your closing arguments, it kinda runs thin and then to top it off, he says,”where is the evidence?” Acting like the other side did not show proper evidence which they obviously did during the trial. Most of those episodes are called "Formulaic Objections" (it can be useful to have a search term because KF has produced over 700 episodes covering Alex and occasionally the larger Infowars/conspiracy/right-wing grifter universe) and some of them feature the plaintiffs attorneys talking about their legal strategy during the depositions (one of the hosts of Knowledge Fight was engaged by the plaintiffs as an expert because he's likely watched more Alex Jones than anyone on the planet and he sat in on the Alex Jones deposition).
The episode where Daria, who was on the stand earlier in this trial, arrives at deposition as the officially designated corporate representative and one of the documents she brings is a print off of the Wikipedia page for "False Flag" is a particularly good moment

“Big” is a relative word. Does Jones get ANY kind of mainstream outreach? No, not really. But he certainly does have millions of viewers. The numbers are murky now because he has his own platform, but the last time we had real numbers he was as high as like 10 million listeners and viewers. That’s about 4-20x more than just about all other major news network show.
But he was doing that with 50-100 employees. So was he “big” compared to empires like Fox News, CNN, MSNBC who employ thousands of employees? Not by size, not even close.
So it just comes down to what “big” is. Alex Jones’ reach is still far and wide, probably more than any major network show outside of Tucker Carlson. But his company size when it comes to employees and net worth it is really small.
