If Jesus had been around a faithful Jew (such as the faithful remnant of Israel) when he supposedly said those words he would have been pelted with stones until death.
There were several righteous individuals mentioned throughout the biblical narrative that were sinless, including Caleb, Josiah, and Job, for example.
Furthermore, God redeems individuals who overcome sin and repent successfully.
This is explicitly explained in Ezekiel 18:21-24 and Ezekiel 33:11-16.
The question is Christian, why aren’t you aware of this?

As an investment banker I can tell you valuing a business on 1-2x revenue is far fetched. Rather, valuing as a multiple of EBITDA is how real buyers in the market determine worth- generally something between 4-10x+. Additionally, the value of a one-employee business is solely based on the performance of that one employee. Now, why would a buyer ever pay 2x AJ's revenue to buy his business if he's exiting? They're not. AJ's business is what we call a lifestyle business, and has little value to a buyer if AJ is no longer involved.
