So way back in the day when it was normal to eat only one meal a day or sometimes no meals a day, what did they do then? It’s only in recent times that we have so much food.. where are you getting your 30 grams from?
@@JustPausedMyGame when we didn’t have refrigeration, when we didn’t have transportation… when we mostly lived on self sustenance, hunting foraging, farming…. When the weather didn’t allow for much food other than hunting? Do you belive we’ve always had today’s privileges? I am shocked that people think that these days, also this might blow your mind, but we also didn’t get to eat every day…
FiberOne cereal, 18g of fiber per cup 1/2 cup kidney beans 1 sweet potato 1 cup of Metamucil drink That’s my 30-40g of daily fiber Both soluble and insoluble!!
Research has also revealed that excess insoluble fiber can bind to minerals like iron, zinc, magnesium, and calcium and prevent the absorption of these nutrients. As your fiber consumption goes up, so does your risk of developing diverticular diseases
We need 35 grams of soluble AND 35 grams of insoluble fiver? Or 35 grams total between the two types of fiver? If the latter, in what proportions of each?
@@ErikGarcia-hz4jc even so, you not about to eat 35 grams of fiber a day. Unless you practice a clean eating lifestyle but if you looking at this video most likely you dont.
i’m a bodybuilder and it’s very easy for me to consume 30g of fiber a day. The plants in my daily diet are 400g of potatoes, 300g blueberries, 200g carrots, 200g peppers, and 60g of almonds. All that ends up being about 30g of fiber in total
So how do carnivores fare so well without fiber? Also, they dont eat the crap sugar and carbs, so buffering sugar not an issue. Seems like fiber would only help those who eat a std American diet, which is junk.
they fare well in their mind because the diet they had before was even worse, carnivores are some of the most lost people, jumping from fad diet to fad diet, not taking the time to understand nutrition, just looking for shills on youtube to validate them.
Legumes like lentils, navy beans which are my favorite

Meat doesn’t have any fibre
Cause someone asked you how you get your fiber lol? No one cares man. Eat your meat and potatoes 😂
@@garlandsau1you’re funny 😂
@@garlandsau1exactly. And you don’t need fiber. Eat more fatty meat
@@garlandsau1he was being sarcastic.

You need less solouble fibre then unsoluable
Also for unsoluable fibre you can get 70 percent of your daily amount from 100 grams of popcorn
Just look for a high fibre pop it yourself pack
Upto equivalent of 5 plates of broccoli 🥦. That’s too much veg to eat . No avg person can meets that target. That’s a lot to eat
It’s easy eat oatmeal bread and fruit like apple or orange does have 4 grams of fiber or more
