One of my many arch nemesis. Fiber may have varying effects. Some studies suggest it help some note it slows gastric emptying which may not be what you want for reflux. Small portions shouldn’t overdistend the stomach. Over distending the stomach is one of the biggest contributors to reflux.
It’s so hard to balance everything out cause I’m trying to gain weight too and then I have anxiety as well with thinking something is wrong but also guys don’t get too much fiber too quickly unless you want to do that but it will make it upset

It’s important to distinguish research and reading. I highly doubt you’re going to research anything as that implies a scientific investigation carried out over the course of years. Such research has been conducted and across multiple studies the science favors eating fiber.

Goal fiber is around 30 grams. Some evidence that our distant ancestors ate 60g.

I’m focusing just on soluble fiber, since constipation is already an issue. I have been eating plenty of fruits and vegetables.

Try watermelon with acid reflux. Sounds odd but it worked for me.

Just to highlight, even though you balance calorie, its essential to match your fiber proportionately to the amount of protein intake as well.

I take 3 Psyllium capsules 3 times per day = 9 per day
