I've never understood how a person can get so angry by road rage that they want to kill an unknown person in a car. When someone makes a traffic infraction, yell, scream, give the middle finger or ignor them, but NEVER PULL OUT A WEAPON! The anger that you have previously felt is gone in three short minutes, and afterwards you've forgotten about that person and are planning dinner for the night.

Parents need to control their road rage/anger issues when kids are in the car period! You’re putting your children in jeopardy knowing there’s crazy people out there with guns. I’m sorry this could’ve easily been avoided. RIP to the boy who had no chance. Hope they find the killer.

I’m very happy to report that police found the monsters who shot this precious little 6 year old. 24-year-old Marcus Anthony Eriz and 23-year-old Wynne Lee who are boyfriend and girlfriend were arrested at their Costa Mesa home. I know this will not bring Aiden back but at least we will finally get justice for him. May his precious little soul Rest In Peace. I don’t think I’ll ever recover from hearing about his death even know I never knew him or his family and I feel so depressed and sad right now. I wish this never happened 😔😔😢😢🙏🙏💙💙

That car wasn't an old beater, so this couple has to live in a better neighborhood. Yet no leads other than 1 car photo. 😔

The won’t catch the couple for one simple reason: the incident made the news too quick. The story was broadcast everywhere, instantly alerting them to the fact that the boy was hit. With this knowledge they kept their mouths shut instead of going around bragging about it. They only way they catch the killer is if the driver turns on him. But with a 500k reward he’s likely going to start getting very paranoid about her and will make her disappear before she gets the chance.

It's like crossing a road without looking left and right first. Sure, if a driver hits you he will be criminally responsible. But you do that before you cross just because if he hits and kills you, him going to jail after won't really help you too much - definitely won't resurrect you.
So, while the killer is 100% responsible and should be held accountable, mom probably could have and should have acted saner, too.

Yeah but it happened in CA. People tend to act a bit more conscious and less reckless when they know that everyone around has guns. Sure, that situations has its cons. But it does have pros too. When is the mom going to speak to the media and admit that she got angry that she was cut off in traffic, got road rage herself, sped up to cut them off and flip them off, which then resulted in the fatal shot? If she had let it go, that kid wouldn’t have been killed. She had to get the last word in, and now the child paid the ultimate price for his mom’s foolishness. I am very sorry that this child died, but let’s be absolutely clear here: the mom’s temper led to the circumstances that resulted in her child being killed.

How was Aiden's mother assaulted? Just because she did not like the way someone drives does not mean she should just pull out her middle finger and flash it at a total stranger in another car. Especially when she had her own kid in the car.
