- A preliminary hearing happened Wednesday for the two suspects charged in connection with the death of 6-year-old Aiden Leos who was shot and killed on the 55 Freeway in a road rage incident on May 21.
Lee should have equal charges & sentencing. They did it together, he couldn't have done it w/o her. She enabled it.
Idk maybe 5-10 years but what with this guy is getting I don’t think it would be fair
Thank Brown who signed SB1437 right before he left office. That dropped the felony murderer to where they can no longer be charged with murder if they were the driver. Only the murderer can be charged with murder no one else. I mean it does make sense in a way it's just 3yrs for her charges aren't enough. 10yrs would be more fit.

Eriz told investigators June 6 that he reacted angrily to being “flipped off” and grabbed his loaded Glock 17, a 9-millimeter pistol, according to the documents. He rolled down the passenger window and shot at Cloonan’s car, the documents stated.”

I know she’s an accomplice, but she is still getting a ridiculously low bond and very good treatment compared to her male co-defendant.

I sometimes have to change lanes because I need to exit, but some people get so butt hurt if you move in front of them for just a few seconds.
