He was a clear danger to society and wtf does the judge do? let the mofo out to go out and do what he does best the pos. Takes another innocent life. You are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, , so I dont have and issue with bond. It should fit the crime, the risk, and consider record. If you have a history of violence then thats different. If you literally have an open case, you're not supposed to get bond.
That right exists so that innocent people dont sit in jail for months and years while they attempt to prove their innocence. But these DA's and judges are releasing people who have no regard for others and have a history of violence and criminality. Thats not what the bind system is for.

Why do these judges continue to let these murderes, psychopaths, sociopaths, cowards and idiots out?
One stipulation should be: If the judge grants the bond - that he must first allow the idiot-criminal to stay with him and his family without any guards and no ankle jewelry. Signing a revoke bond paper after the fact and knowing the criminal has already committed murder makes the judge an accessory to the crime, and this should be the norm in cases involving: spousal abuse of any kind, rape, incest, arson, road rage, threats of any kind and brandishing weapons. Let a judge let a criminal stay with him and his family with a violent criminal history. I bet these judges would stop letting them out if they first had to live with them. In cases like this when people lose their lives because of “negligent judges” / they should be held accountable - removed. From the bench, jailed, made to stay at a halfway house snd put on parole. It’s sickening. In 90% (if not more if these crimes) of these crimes you always here they were let out in bond - especially in cases of murder, rape and abuse. I hope these judges are sleeping well knowing they granted these murderers, rapists, abusers, child molesters - 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances to do it again.
These laws need to change and so do the judges.

@George Steinocher Yes. When you harm and kill someone; why don’t you wait around to let the cops and authorities know that you did it.
Notice they harm kill, run and hide: Someone once said: No one wants to live more than a murderer - running and some don’t face justice for years; if ever. They cut up. decapitate, burn, run over, shoot in the head execution style, rape; women, children, male, female, kill animals (especially) when they are kids. But, harm themselves rarely if ever. They call those murder-suicides and again - they never kill theirselves; because they are afraid of being incarcerated and facing the public’s wrath and/or death. They kill and don’t care about the victims adults or children - their own flesh and blood. Scott Peterson killed Connor his son and Chris Watts killed his wife and daughters and then had the audacity to call gif his father to be with him; coddle and protect him. Narcissists - all and yes, cowards. Arrogant cowards. Three, rather, recent names you maybe familiar with: Scott Peterson, Drew Peterson snd Chris Watts. Real brave and courageous men. All were hoping their victims were never found and Drew Peterson, actually accomplished that with one of his wives. Real stellar performances. by all. Drew Peterson - a great cop - who is still receiving his pension money - which should have gone to the victims. They could all come straight out of Central Casting. They love no one, but themselves.
Harming, burning. cutting up, stabbing, shooting, raping, stuffing in silos. Real tough guys men and women. Real good fellas and cowards! Yes, cowards.
