Why leave death threats and negative reviews at someone's job who doesn't even work there? People are so stupid.
Because people are bitter and they're looking for a scapegoat. They are incapable of seeing the picture as a whole. Same goes for those who protest. I applaud those who do it legally and within reason, but you always have the smooth brained opportunists who loot and vandalize to their heart's content while lumping themselves in the same category as the protestors. It makes things extremely difficult to regulate.
even if he was working there, they have nothing to do with this. It's why people get fired right away even for something silly...because companies are afraid of backlash (even when the have nothing to do with their employees actions).

If they were smart they should have turned themselves in when it was announced the boy was shot and died. He could have lied and said he was trying to scare the mom but the gun went off accidentally in the moving car. That would have been believable and difficult to disprove in court. Since they never turned themselves in, looks like they're definitely going to be doing some time. I don't think he will be charged with murder. Difficult to prove. It will be manslaughter. Not sure what the woman will be charged with since she has a history of depression. DA could give her a deal if she testifies against her boyfriend.

I think she will get more than that. She should, anyway. If she was the driver, her role in the crime was greater than if she had been the passenger, and she certainly had opportunities after to turn herself in and identify the shooter. She is a principal in the crime under California law.

It's possible the shooter did not notice a short 6 year old in the backseat. That could be the reason why the girlfriend was reluctant to go to the police because she 'knows' they didn't notice the kid was in the car.
@@budekins542 That is irrelevant though due to them searching for this shooter for 2 weeks, with the story gaining national coverage. She/He (we do not know who the shooter was yet) knew a child had been killed and did not come forward.
And also I will add that very well could have been a child driving and they still decided to shoot them. They had no way of knowing who was in the vehicle and never bothered to think about it. No regard for human life no matter the age.
If she was the driver, she is definitely a principal in the crime. Her role would go beyond harboring a fugitive.

I find it highly alarming that it took this long to release actual pictures of the suspects. The male is going to tried for murder, that much is clear as day -- I'm sure other charges are pending, but that'll be the main one. The female, on the other hand, is just an accomplice after the fact. What she should of done was go to the police at her earliest convenience and identify herself as the driver; that's all she had to do. Even though she didn't pull the trigger herself, she's just as guilty as him. It's going to be interesting to see what she winds up officially charged with. Rest in peace little man Aiden. So glad we found these animals.

They probably didn't release images of the suspects early on because they didn't want to "spook" the suspects into running. Makes the cops job 10x harder looking for a fugitive who runs.
I understand the need to keep it under wraps for suspects at large, but the arrests were already made and I couldn't find a single picture of either suspect. There was a comment in a video I watched that outed who they are: for him, it was his Instagram handle -- for her, it was her Linked In page. Besides that, there was absolutely nothing pointing towards the identity of either perpetrators before today. I've never seen that before and it alarms me greatly.
Hes going to get manslaughter 10 to 20 years. She will try to point all the fault on the guy and get 2 to 5 years. That's how the law works.

Mum wasn't totally innocent as she was participating in the road rage. Imagine this scenario. I take my baby brother out for a walk and some guy cuts in front of me. I flip him off and he swings a punch, misses and gives my brother a black eye. Am I going to tell my parents it was random and unprovoked attack? If I was the mother I'd be regretting I didn't just let it slide and deescalated the situation. Also no I'm not supporting the shooter, he can receive the death sentence for all I care but the only ones I feel sorry for is the kid and his sister.

THAT is NEVER justified. People are innocent until proven guilty. Everyone gets their day in court. Now, before everyone jumps on my case....I read a comment from a woman concerning the recent murder of someone by the police. She wrote that, " those who live by the sword die by the sword. " She tried to justify his murder because he was trying to make a purchase with counterfeit money. So, I guess in her mind the killing was okay. You have to prove someone committed a crime before they are punished. And even if he was trying to pass counterfeit money, the penalty is not death. Do I believe these two are guilty? Yep, I do. They'll go on trial and get their punishment.
