Its actually ironic. The dad was attempting to use this familiarity to intimidate his son. But it was that familiarity that allowed the son to keep calm. It was routine, an anchor of sorts. @ThisIs Marisol and now it's a race thing 😂
The court system is so screwed up. This child has been through enough. He just wanted to tortured him one more time and it was allowed. Horrible!! Poor kid. But he was so brave.
It's sad to see the kid explain it but if he was the only witness, if he couldnt explain it then the evil dad wouldn't have any evidence to be put in jail.
God bless.
Hope this answers what you are trying to say.
@@ashleyflores1251 the sperm donor should never have been allowed to ask his son any questions after what he went through at the hands of his sperm donor. A real father would never put their child through this, and the court is screwed up for allowing him access.
@@celiahardwick2853 You dont understand law then.
@Yourmykill Acknowledging the state of the legalities is not to be confused with laying down moralities. Perfect world , yeah kid shouldnt have to testify and put a bullet in the dads head and save everyone some trouble.
The statement that the OP made of “The father just wanted one more time to torture the boy and it was allowed” Is fundamentally incorrect as to what led up to his testimony and the right the father had due to self representing to cross exam the witness which clearly shows the OPs inability to weigh what happened using logic.
Your added confusion of morality to legality also shows why your emotional reaction is the very reason laws are needed in the first place.

Yes, you can tell he (the father) was trying to be manipulative
This guy is Evil in the flesh. Why would his own son lie? There is nothing in it for anyone. This guy is a showboat and I hope the jury throws the book at him. Praying for that young man and his departed family.
You hope? GUARANTEED, he's done and might possibly get the death penalty if not definitely life imprisonment, don't worry.
@Wyndell Pharaoh are you okay? Do you need a hug?
The simple fact that he is putting his son thought all this pain and trauma of that dreadful day shows what a scumbag demon he is.
He looks like his wearing the Lucifers Horns.
His son has a learning disability and could have been coached by the detective that was on this case who now adopted him .. that’s reasonable doubt
Praying for the son. He sounds so calm, but I am sure that he is in so much pain. Don't understand how any parent can bring harm to their child. R.I.P. to his mom and baby sister.
"Praying for the son". What the hell is that going to do? Your god is so called almighty, all powerful and all knowing. Your god could have saved this boy life long trauma if he was actually real. Instead of wasting your time on praying every day, go out there and actually try to change the world for the better.
Why put this child on the stand? That seems like more trauma. Such a brave child.
he was the only witness what else were they supposed to do..
@Stacie Aori I can’t believe there are people like him showing absolutely no guilt after murdering people. He murder his family and he felt like it was absolutely okay. Ronnie was more into playing being a lawyer
@Stacie Aori yea so that means he choose to take the stand
because he needs to be.
I would've testified if I was in the kid's position too if my Dad killed my mother and sister in front of me. He wouldn't be up there if he didn't want to be. You can tell by his speech that he's a strong boy and mature for his age. Sadly, kids that go through rough childhoods mature a lot quicker, and learn to handle the worst of the worst (I speak from experience).
That was the most insincere “It’s good to see you...” His face. His tone. The way he looked down. He meant to kill them all I believe.
He also meant to intimidate his son as well
You believe?
I mean, yeah, he stabbed the poor boy.
No sh&t Sherlock
When he said "how you doing bruh?" He sounded like he is concerned about his son still with sympathy from what happened and hoping his son won't tell on him since he cares about his freedom still.
When he nod his head and looked down while saying" it's good to see you man" was a dramatic pause. I saw that same act from a crime movie and he did that part well. I think he rehearsed that part. Someone said it before in the comments that he watched too many movies and I thought so as well..
Almost cried when he asked his son if he hurt him. I can’t imagine asking my hurt child that question.

@@sandrabrown7442 the son was adopted by the detective on the case and his wife. They are keeping all of the names out of the media to give this sweet child a new, fresh start without excessive media coverage. Also in the state of Florida all adopted children get therapy services and more, based on financial need. What he experienced will be with him the rest of his life, including the burn scars, but he won’t go through it alone. If you google it, the detective was visiting him in the hospital and watching movies with him, then starting bringing his wife and they formed a bond. The child wound up in foster care but the foster parents could not meet his needs so the case worker asked the detective if they would be willing to foster him and they said yes and formally adopted him.

There's no justice for this sort of thing. And guess what, his son is very likely to end up like his horrible father now, unfortunately. He's ruined his son's life permanently.
