@@Diary_101this is what I learned so far, simple gestures of kindness or attraction doesn’t mean shit, so don’t assume anything based on those things. Unless he approaches you in person and tells you that he wants to be with you, don’t even entertain the thought of being with him. Even when you are in a relationship, don’t let him consume to the point you lose yourself in him. Instead of getting emotionally attached, teat it like a business. If you are making more effort than him to make the relationship work, that means you are being robbed. So you should get away from him. Don’t let your emotions be the downfall of you. Do remember ladies: In order for us to be deserving of a high-value man, we MUST be ourselves high-value women. You cannot just act as you please and not set high standards to abide by yourself, and then expect to be justified in having high standards in man. In addition, we cannot be upset or offended if good and high value men set high standards for us as women. We are NOT all just queens: we have to earn that status.

    Dating
    - Bare minimum + setting high standards: set your standards so you don’t entertain anyone who doesn’t meet them.
They include: wine and dine, plan thoughtful and meaningful dates for you by making an effort to understand who you are so the dates align with who you are, emotionally mature, supportive, gentleman and chivalrous and opens every (car) door for you, wants u to be a part of his world by introducing to his fam & friends, intelligent, ambitious, financially stable, knows how to drive (passenger princess life), same values and morals, matches future ideal lifestyle and dreams you have envisioned for yourself and the places you wanna visit, values his self development and invested in each other grows, biggest supporter in (creative) endeavours and cheers you on, creates safe environment for communication of needs and healthy communication for issues, gives princess treatment, gives weekly flowers. NEVER ACCEPT 50/50
    - Wait 1 week during talking stage, if they don’t ask out on date (and they don’t live far away otherwise FT / call) then move on
    - Give people a chance to prove themselves: give them benefit of the doubt if in doubt and go on a 2nd date (1st date jitters). If 2nd date doesn’t go well, dismiss.
    - Communicate ur standards during dating in a chill polite way when the person has already proven themselves to you and it is getting serious. “How do you feel about X? Bc this is how I feel about it, these are my values and what is important to me when I’m dating somebody and how do you feel about it?” -> then you can reevaluate if you wanna keep dating this person.
    - Communicate ur standards in relationship: use positive reinforcement by praising, don’t nag. Show how grateful you are and be appreciative so he naturally will keep doing that.
    - If they’re not meeting your standards: leave. You can’t change a man and their actions/feelings towards you. You don’t need to put up with it, don’t come up with strategies to change them (otherwise ur operating masculine energy, feminine energy is open to receive). Men are an addition to your life, he’s not good enough if he’s not good enough.
    - Fix your mindset: self-love journey, solo dating, you have yourself and you’re not alone/lonely, you’re simply by yourself and enjoying your own company and self growth.

The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I never wanted gifts, doors opened for me, flowers delivered, dates planned, for him to pay so much or even go anywhere, I dont even mind if he's poor, I dont care, all I've ever wanted was pure love. and for me that doesnt show through expensive gifts, it shows in how he looks at me, how he can talk to me, how we spend time together, no matter where we are and we are happy together and make each other even more complete.

I know you said not to set “superficial standards” but I tried really hard to continue things with two men who were not very physically attractive and no chemistry, it was really difficult for me, I couldn’t even look them in the eye or didn’t wanna hug or touch them in anyway. So I don’t think girls should dismiss physical attraction completely, you can be physically attracted to someone and they might not have the physical features you envisioned and this happened to me in one of my more recent relationship which was close to being successful. All in all, there’s a difference between chemistry vs. being shallow.

Been there😭 She is completely right! I dated this guy almost 3 months ago and he broke up with me because I didn’t seem happy with him? It confused me cause I was the one who texted first, I was the one always going up to him, and I was the one who started most conversations, and I had to ask him for almost everything, even the bare minimum! And I knew that everything he did was wrong but I still stayed with him because I didn’t have standards! Yea he did write pretty things for me but that’s BARE MINIMUM so yea if I listened to this video earlier it would’ve woken me up even more because even his friends were telling me that deserved better! And now that that has happened I’m more awake on who I talk to know, I know what bare minimum is and I know what kind of standards I want.❤️

I am still fighting cultural issues to feel independent in order to even feel free in the dating world. It's been a major block but hopefully not too soon. Every 2 weeks I go to the nail salon, and I pay my aunt who's a professional stylist to style my hair. Do things for yourself, it could be small like going to Ulta, or Sephora. Get a pair of shoes you desire, or clothes anything.

Then men she’s talking about are well established in there careers and make GOOD MONEY.
