This is cool, I learned some of these before but some of them I found out on my own just laying on the floor and finding what feels good, I'm not sure if those are supposed to be real "yoga" stretches but sometimes I just find what feels good.

I’ve been doing this 30 day challenge. I have chronic pain and have been working on getting back into daily yoga but so many videos are so physical and unfortunately for me, super painful. I REALLY appreciate having a practice like this to help me connect to my body and get some movement in. Thank you!
