The first time I tried this yoga workout in stopped within 3 minutes finding it too hard. I have been trying her yoga workouts for a week now always avoiding this one. Today I challenged myself and I completed the full 20 minutes. Just never give up guys it's all in the head !

I slowed the play speed to 75% so I could keep up. I’m 67 😁. I competed this yoga workout. When I was a YMCA member there was a yoga instructor whose yoga classes were always a challenging workout. This one reminded me of her classes.

I am not a yoga fan, I always said it was too slow for me, I enjoyed spinning and running, but I have a knee pain, actually a very bad pain, and I can't do those activities anymore. me too! I just did it at 0.75 speed. I find that she moves too quickly through the poses, but I do enjoy the challenge of her flows.

This workout is the reason I can FINALLY do full body pushups! I have done CrossFit, strength training, cardio, and nothing ever strengthened and toned the right muscles for push-ups until THIS ONE. Thank you!!!❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful channel! I'm so glad I found it. Today was my first 'yoga class" and I'm so impressed. You don't rush the steps and you walk us through it at a pace a beginner can do. I have to tell you something. I remember myself working out to this video 2 years ago back home. It was my dream to go to Canada and now I live in Jasper for a year.
