I am 77 years old and I've been doing yoga for the past 8 years. This Full Body Workout to tone, burn fat and build stamina was hard this first time, but I substituted by going either slower or doing other stretches in between. This exercise definitely showed me what I need for my body, although at this age I know I may not get to everything, and I'm fine with that. Thank you Julianna.

I love Transform!! I highly recommend it anyone trying out this video and curious about the entire program! I just wish there was a Transform 2!! I can (even to my own disbelief) keep up with Julianna now.
WOW! They are uploading their premium classes from Transform, Retreat and Ascencion. This one's from day 10 of Transform. One of my go-to exercises whenever I feel the need to, and pairing it with some of their 20 min.pilates class after. This one's awesome and it's so challenging. Not for beginner but if you are looking to challenge your body with some core focused cardio workout, then definitely this one's for you. You gonna be sweating and shedding off extra pounds from the holidays. Enjoy!

Fresh, beautiful, uplifting-I couldn’t quite keep up with all the moves/paces, but I feel I’m on the right path, feeling stronger now and more up to facing the challenges of a new day. @alwaysaloneeee do you ever try a different workout program and never finish it cuz you get bored. Then you just do transform and feel so much better? Lol I do. I hope they make a transform 2.0 , I'd definitely buy that in a heart beat

Thank you, definitely beneficial for my body and health though too much cardio for me, good to do such work from time to time though as I don't tend to do cardio except from walking but anyway I find all your workouts perfectly blend with cardio, yoga, pilates, stretch, breath and awareness 🙏

I think it is important to also know when you need a break during a workout, my tired muscles go into wrong positions which is not good. But forward to a stronger body 🙏🏼❤️

Friends, I need encouragement. I'm just starting to workout again after months of severe depression and as little movement as possible. I saw my body change in ways I'm not proud of and felt powerless to do anything about it. Now I sit here 30 lbs overweight and mad at myself for letting my body get this out of shape. I was what the girlies call snatched. Now I sit here on the cusp of 44 years and I struggled to get through this workout. That's enough to bring the depression back. Hard to see yourself go from fit flabby and unconditioned.
You can do it. I went thru similar. Start liking yourself, it's your body. Together you will make it to better shape ❤
i truly understand this feeling. i was also severely depressed and stopped working out, but for the past few months ive gotten back into it, and it has been hard but my advice is to start off with beginner workouts (or at least shorter ones). i did that for a bit of time, and eventually i started to do more, and felt a lot better. please be gentle and patient with yourself, you will get to where you want to be in time ❤
