  • Today I am restoring a ‪@campchef‬ 4 Burner griddle that I was able to pick up for free! Lots of times you will be able to find griddles for cheap or free on facebook marketplace because people use them, leave them outside and boom, they are rusty. This project turned out fantastic and I can't wait to coo on it!
I used a combo of Lemon Juice and Vinegar to cut through that grime and rust and a grill block. And then lots and lots of layers of oil, I only had vegetable oil at the house but I would suggest Avocado oil for when you do yours!

Had to clean up our Blackstone griddle, a wire wheel on a drill is alot faster and easier. The steel wire didn't seem to scratch it either. But ya could use a brass wheel if you were worried about scratches.

CitruSafe is bomb! Only thing I use on my grills. That and a Grill Daddy Pro Steam Brush. You definitely brought that thing back to life. Nice job

Yeah I love the citrussafe! And I bought an off rand steam brush from Walmart that I really like for my grill grates! I was wondering about using it on the flattop actually! Thanks for watching!
