    It seems to be the same kinda concept. As with the idea for the Earthquake Barbell. A much better connection. With the kinetic chain. Probably hits the stabilizers a lot more. Which is a win win. 👍🏻 👍🏻 This training seems to be the wave of the future. Reinforcing the body for longevity and sustainability.

      lol, exactly what I was thinking. Doing tricep press down with band and foam roller between legs.

    Yeah, just remember, you too can look like Weck. Elite athletes are elite athletes because they hit the genetic lottery and have worked hard to do what they do. Weck is just another "snake oil" salesman.
